I recently tried the Paneer Ghee Roasted dish from Proxy and let me tell you, it was a spicy food lover's dream come true! The paneer was perfectly cooked and the ghee gave it a rich and buttery flavor. But the real star of the dish was the spice level - just the right amount of heat without being overwhelming. It's no wonder why Proxy is known for their spicy dishes! I highly recommend giving the Paneer Ghee Roasted a try and be prepared

I visited Proxy and loved it! The mock meat and bamboo shoots with chilli bean sauce was amazing. Highly recommend it for a delightful meal!

Proxy's Wild Mushroom Galouti Kebab and Herb Oil were delicious! The flavors were well-balanced: the mushrooms had a hint of smoky taste, while the herb oil was refreshingly fragrant. Highly recommend, great spot!
