I needed a battery replacement for my Timex watch, and went to this service centre. They took my watch and came back within a few minutes and told me, it's done.
Best service centre ever.

I had to call up this center for checking and purchasing a new strap for my good old model watch and had been treated like I entered in-person to their center. Had to call them few times after reviewing details, whatsapp image of the available straps and its different colors, G-pay and courier info...
Devaraj was so polite and patient enough to help on each aspects and took care of my single item purchase without any hassle and I got what I need with the complete satisfaction! Great people!

I was looking for a strap for the Timex Expedition. I found the staff helpful, knowledgeable, right from the initial call. Stock availability and precise directions were shared with patience. Once I reached,  they showed me the strap before fixing it. Easily accessible by Metro with a ten minute walk. Chances of four wheeler parking around the area looked good. Do stop by at the Mysore Sandal outlet close by : ) Thank you to the service centre and Timex.

Excellent brand excellent product. Elegant design and look. Very reasonable price. This place caters to the whole needs of repair and service of Timex brand of watches for whole of Karnataka. Very good service. Be worry free if you have Timex watches. This is walkable from Sandal Wood Metro Station on Green Metro Line of Bengaluru. Best of Luck.

This is the best service center of Timex. I went to repair my wrist watch it got repaired quickly. 1st they asked me the problem and then to wait for the engineer's reply. The engineer said it will take half an hour and the exact cost of repair. I got to know that the service cost is too less as compared to local wrist watch repairing person. Then the wait time got over and the wrist watch along with proper timex company bill was on my hands.

The person whom I met was anice man and made my work easy. Thanks for Timex service center of mahalaxmi layout.

Horrible experience... Never trust these guys.. For motor change these people take 2-3 months [not sure whether they replace taking it from other customer's watch - I have to do the same activity 2 times in a span of 2-3 months]. It means out of 6 month's post repair warranty, these guys will take 3-4 months for repetitive work. Also none of the staffs will be available before 11 AM, which means you have to take leave to attend these people. Their typical response, they'll call you once your watch is ready but don't expect a call from them.. Final words - Timex is not a company to be trusted, if at all you have made a mistake & the watch goes kaput simply throw it & go for a brand new watch [obviously from other brand]..

I got my favourite watch back. After a long time search, I found this address & recently visited this centre. Very very well customer support n finally I got my Timex Ironman watch strap. My most loved watch since 2002, now am happily wearing.

I appreciate this place as i had a issue in my timex watch as the crown was broken so i had went to the local shop they said it will cost me 1250rs but this place just gave me the best service and genuine parts as he only charged me 250rs for the same ..so i would say this place took only 20 to 30 mins tk repair my watch and it was perfect thankyou timex for giving me a best service..

Amazing and friendly staff....strap for my watch was no available (model discontinued) and the service engg. was smart to find an alternate starp that could fit my watch. Was happy to be able to wear the watch again...but with an expensive strap :( since the actual strap wasn't available anymore

Went with two quartz watches for service. Was disappointed as I got turned down, stating that one watch was made 20 years ago and the other was made 6 years ago. They had no spares to service them. One of them needed a small tune up and the other needed a coil. Disappointed as the staff did not attempt to try their hand at it. It looks more like a service centre where they just service running models by replacing faulty items...

Service have been excellent as always.Courteous and professional.My watch was serviced within an hour.

Google maps can make you go round and round.Location can be a little challenging to find if miss any turns.

Overall a good experience.
