Very good hotel. Mr. Vishwanath and Mr. Pavan helped a lot for the reservation and seamless Check-in process. The staff was very hospitable. I would recommend this hotel for visitors coming to Bangalore for a short stay.

I  stayed at urban inn, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable,  with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very unprofessional experience. Before booking, I sent messages to the reception with the website link and street-view screenshot to confirm the hotel’s exact location. They gave short replies at first and then stopped responding.

After I made the booking, I messaged again to confirm — and found that my number was blocked by the receptionist. This behaviour is completely unacceptable. I cancelled my booking immediately. Not recommended at all.

Nice stay, good cleanness very cooperative staff and concern persons.
Just one suggestion, if there wii be a small table for wash in Bathroom will make more comfortable to take bath.

Overall good stay for the price in a good location (close to Yeshwantpur BMTC bus station. But price was inflated on the booking site and in the name of discount given at the desirable price for a simple lodge kind of stay.

Everything is ok, but the manager's way of treating guest or customer is very bad. Don't get disappointed by choosing this hotel for your vacation or first time accomodation.

Its a just ok ok kind of hotel for 1400/-situated above canara bank. Avoid booking if cant go to 3rd floor as there are no lifts. They lock the gate at night, so inform if have to catch early morning travel. No complimentary items.

Non functioning of Basic amenities like tap water and absent of room service

I booked this hotel on OYO. I got a discounted offer around 800. At the time of check in hotel owner said that I can't allow anyone at this price and call customer care of oyo and tell them that hotel owner is not allowing for check in.After this we had discussion and finally he got settled and ask us to pay 300 extra.

Hostel room was properly maintained and everything in room was good.

Not recommendable. Room is big but there are multiple cockroaches are roaming inside room and bathroom. Also, staff will not there for most of the times, very slow service. I booked for 3 member room but they given cot for 2 people and for other person they arranged bed on floor. Even lift is also not available it is very difficult if we have a family.

Worst experience, like no service at all for like i stayed 2 nights, my ac not working and asked for help they didnt even come and owner not giving respect, washrooms are worst.

Good hotels to stay...and good service for all staff...

Very poor service, receptionist of this hotel is the most clueless person I ever encountered in my life,he has no idea of what's happening around him , I paid for extra bed and what I get is thinest possible matters and even after that person has the audacity to just left mattress and pillow ain my room,he didn't even bother to make that bed ... Thetly didn't even provide us with basic amenities like towel, my dad went to desk twice and get everything for us on his own , room lights were flickering, tap was broken , overall bad service and specially that rude receptionist....

Good but out side of the hotel is way too much crowded 😕

For the cost,
Rooms were fine,I did see bedbugs roaming around floor
Service was kind of bad,didn't expect bad check-in,it took almost 30minutes to complete and provide a room
The location was very average,

I stayed several times the rooms space is good and clean

Tha rooms are vary clean netly maintained , room service is also very co- oprative ,and the location of the room is also very closely to the market
