The showroom experience was excellent. The sales executive explained the laptop features in detail, including processor performance, RAM, storage, and suitability for coding and professional tools. They guided me well according to my budget and requirements and ensured all my doubts were clarified before purchase. Very happy with the service.

I recently bought a new laptop from the HP Store and I’m extremely happy with the whole experience. The staff were very helpful, patiently answering all my questions and guiding me to the right choice. The buying process was smooth, and they even made sure everything was set up properly before I left. The service felt professional, friendly, and trustworthy. Overall, I’d rate the HP Store 5 stars for their excellent customer service and the satisfaction I got with my new laptop.

Had a pleasant and productive purchase. The ease of asking them details of dos & donts and their immediate replies helped to take decision quickly. Will definitely recommend.

I have given my laptop for screen replacement (Physical damage) and paid 14,500 dated 27.08.2025. They gave the replacement the next day.
The same day we realised that, it was not the same type, much lower quality one. I used the Hardwareinfo app to verify the installed display model. Our laptop had IPS display and we were charged for that, but we have got TN display, which is much lower quality.

We have highlighted to them on 28.08.2025.
They tried to convince me both were same. Later after talking to the manager, they acknowledged the mistake and promised that within 2 days we shall get the intended IPS display. We have been following up since then and they just kept increasing the timeline with false promises. It’s been more than 6 weeks, no solution. During this period, they have never called for follow up even once (even though the mistake is theirs). Everytime they say I'll call in 2 days, but they don't.

Most shockingly, the response is cold & pathetic. After all the fake promises, now they say, they are unaware of the timeline by which it would get resolved. How can they say such things with zero accountability and no conscience?

It’s unprofessional & unethical way of doing business. I want the clarity & solution timeline, else I shall approach consumer forum against this unethical business.

Anyone who buys products from here please be aware, they do not have any clear knowledge! And, if you are giving products for service trusting they are HP authorised, please be aware of the basic tools to cross verify, else you will get scammed and you wont even know about it!

I’m revising my initial positive review.

After purchasing an HP Pavilion laptop from this store on 18 Oct 2025, I later discovered — via HP — that the unit sold to me was manufactured on 16 Mar 2022.

When I raised this concern with the store, they were initially unresponsive and eventually told me, “You didn’t specify you wanted a 2025 model.”

This response is disappointing and misleading. Customers naturally expect to receive the latest model when buying a new laptop.

I am now dealing my concern with HP directly.

Advice to future buyers:
Please verify the manufacturing date before purchase — do not assume you are being sold the latest model in this store.

Attitude takes a 360 degrees “U Turn” once the unit is sold.

I feel  very happy having made  a purchase here. The staff here are very polite and answered all the queries.. All doubts were cleared . Sir Rahil was very kind enough to even hear our friends call and clarified. All specs, accessories and software performances were explained and the purchase was made at a good deal.
