Very disappointing experience. The store claims to be open from 8 AM to 11 PM, but when I visited at 10:15 PM, I was told that it was already closed — even though the store was clearly open. This kind of behavior shows poor and pathetic management.

If you’re planning to visit this store, avoid going after 10 PM, or you’ll likely be turned away and left disappointed. MedPlus needs to either update their operating hours or train their staff to follow the actual timings.

Worst service by the new team. Bullshit staff.
Old team was very prompt in their services. They made my grandfather wait 30 minutes even though there was a staff member they said some other guy has to come until then we won’t get medicine. and when he came they said they will give the medicine after 2 days.

These people sent empty ointments with swiggy people . When asked they are putting the blame on swiggy people . But the swiggy person immediately delivered it to house which is hardly 1 km away . How can person empty the ointment tube when the person. Does not know about the actual use of the ointment
