I recently visited Bong Connection and was pleasantly surprised by their 4 Luchi with Egg Kosha. Despite being a predominantly non-vegetarian restaurant, they offered a delicious vegan option. The egg was perfectly cooked and the Kosha gravy had just the right amount of spice. As a person who prefers vegan meals, I was delighted to have found a dish that catered to my taste. I highly recommend this dish and will definitely be coming back for more vegan options.
