I met apple Executive Anjana lakhi in store, she assisted me in deciding the best iphone based on my daily usages and also clarified all the myth. It was a smooth switch from android to IOS, she is doing a great job! Keep up!

Mr.Raghav is handling customer very nicely.
And store Manager is also good.

It's was an amazing experience shopping in Pai Mobiles, I recommend 👌 this store, got assisted by lakhi good support from stuffs.

Don't go to this specific outlet. The person who sits in the reception tried to scam me. I purchased a phone worth 30k (invoice) I told repeatedly that I want 256gb varient but he billed for 128GB even the sales person gave the box for 256GB. Later on asking for 1000 extra so that he could sell it to me for more.. now I've paid the amount worth 19k through CREDIT CARD and I've not got my refund yet.  Really disappointed with the store manager

Have never seen more rude staff than this. Drunk male staff, made us felt threatening. Never visit in evenings.
Made me remember older stories of going into big cities and they will force you to buy if you touched or looked at something.
Never expected this at BTM area, as how could they hire so illiterate employees.
I had good experience with Pai earlier, with nice staff behaviours.
Would never recommend someone to go during evenings, specially female. And if you ever had to, don’t involve on conversation with the male staffs.

I had purchased vivo v20 recently customer service was very good... Got good pricing with offers.. I would like to mention one person name mr Srinath suggested me a very good phone with offers.. thank u once again...!! Visit once and enjoy the experience...

Am purchased Vivo phone in btm 2nd stage, really am very happy with staff bcoz of service and they given best phone for me and one thing I have noticed in that shop they're invented with greetings that is the 1st point I was happy including they are still providing sanitizer and checking temperature.

Had a very good experience at Pai BTM store. Bought my iPhone from this store. Prajwal was the executive who helped me in explaining all the details and transferring my datas from my old phone. Highly recommend store.

Great experience with shop and good people and environment

The thing is i buy samsung A50 from this store and they taken extra charge for screen protection and everything so after 15 days my phone's screen broke and then they are denying the screen protection scheme as they are saying that the staff has changed and we are not responsible for whatever promises that person has given. My suggestion is dont go to Pai Mobile this is very bad staff behaviour.

Staff is really helpful also the finance people available are very helpful good range of phones and good discounts on buying new phones and you get good resell value on your old phones too.

Very bad experience in BTM 2nd stage PAI SHOWROOM they are cheating the customer I buy vivo v20 mobile phone from BTM branch the power bank what they are given to me for foc it's not at all working properly they are given me some worst brand power Bank but my friend buy same mobile from other showroom but there given the realme power bank it's working very well so before going to Pai showroom pls visit other showrooms
