We have purchased major home appliances.
They have lot of choice, and selection, however it was a task to manuver through the store.
Need to rearrange and organize the whole setup, need to be comfortable to move and to shop around.
The store is chlostophobic, and like suffocating.
No air to breathe.
There is room for improvement, train staff to be professionals.

However the sales man was nice to listen and understand our need.
Met the owner also, nice person down to earth.

Will shop here again.

Before taking the product, they made many promises and spoke very nicely. After the purchase, they stopped responding and later denied all the promises, saying they never said such things. Very misleading and unprofessional behavior. Worst customer service.

Hello Readers, I rate 1 star for this enterprise for the most unprofessional way they handled my Aqua Guard installation. Infact they didn't get installed at all. I got it done at my own expense. After purchase of the product and once it's delivered, they have nothing to do with you. Then you start chasing and you'll get a call from a rudely speaking girl as a follow-up and that's it. End of the story. Though I'm not surprised by all these theatrics.
So visit at your own risk. Also if you still want to buy there...then just pay 50% and rest after installation, demo etc.

We are been cheated with a product giving fake demo service.. while purchasing they are so down to earth but after that they are literally don't care for any of your issues...
