Following up with Mr. Rahul since last 1 month to see how the newly built house is having seepage throughout. It is a consistent behavior of not picking up phone. He is just not bothered about any responsibilities that he has towards finishing the work what he took 100% payment in time.

The promised time to finish the house was 1 year he took 21 months and took all the money always in advance. Not keeping his promises is a culture.

Rahul from Emperor Architect has got an amazing talent, with great design skills. Surely recommendable, Keep rendering excellent service forever.

I regret to say that my experience with Rahul from Emperor Architect has been extremely disappointing. Despite making full payment, I have been tirelessly following up for months, but Rahul neither picks up my calls nor responds to my messages on WhatsApp. The house remains incomplete, and there are several issues that have not been addressed. Rahul promised to rectify the finishing work, including the ground floor, but nothing has been done. The walls are suffering from severe water seepages, and the door locks are malfunctioning. To make matters worse, I have not received any receipts to avail warranties for these issues. The water controller is also problematic, and again, there is no receipt for follow-up or warranty claims. Additionally, there was no cleaning done before the handover, leaving the house in a mess. Basic tasks such as electrical checking and ensuring doors and windows close properly were not performed. Overall, the lack of professionalism and responsibility shown by Rahul and Emperor Architect has been incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend their services to anyone. Also please note he posted the photos from the houses of my neighbors which are fake and he did not build any of the houses. Let me mention the photos which are provided as fake update by someone without having any authority to publish someone's else house as his work.

I reached out to them for some remodeling for my home. Rahul was prompt, and came by multiple times to make sure things progressed well. He was also very responsive. Quite happy with them.

One of the finest place to get your dream house constructed. The engineer is friendly and open to ideas and doesn't limit himself from trying designs and solutions. Currently they are doing my project and I'm really satisfied with the work as well as the suggestions given by them.

I would definitely suggest emperors architect to everyone ik for their finest work.
