I recently tried the Sea Salt Caramel Pecan Ice Cream at Ibaco and it was absolutely delicious! The creamy ice cream had the perfect balance of savory and sweet flavors, and the crunch of the pecans added a nice texture. I highly recommend trying out this flavor at Ibaco, as well as exploring the other unique options they have on their menu. The staff was also friendly and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting. A must-try for any ice cream lover!
