The Semizza was half burnt with too much oil. Totally disappointed. Couldn't even finish it

I recently visited Ovenstory Pizza and was pleasantly surprised to see that they offered Keto diet options. I opted for the 1 Veg Medium Pizza which came with a free garlic bread and choco lava. The pizza itself was delicious and had a variety of vegetable toppings, all of which were keto-friendly. Pizza was cold and hard seems they haven't baked fresh pizza for me.. but I usually order from ovenstory using zomato, never faced this issue... don't know whose mistake is this!!
