I recently visited Ibaco and tried their Belgian Chocoholic Ice Cream. As someone who loves spicy food, I was pleasantly surprised by how well the spice level was incorporated into the ice cream. I recently tried the Sea Salt Caramel Pecan Ice Cream at Ibaco and it was absolutely delicious! The creamy ice cream had the perfect balance of savory and sweet flavors, and the crunch of the pecans added a nice texture.
