I recently dined at Mandarin Oak and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of vegan options on their menu. I couldn't resist trying the Cauliflower Hong Chow, and I must say it was absolutely delicious! The cauliflower was perfectly cooked and the sauce had just the right amount of spice. My server was also very accommodating and knowledgeable about the vegan options. As someone who always looks for vegan-friendly restaurants, I highly recommend Mandarin Oak for their tasty and diverse plant-based options.
