Tumbledry Dry Clean & Laundry Service

I had given my top for darning. But never got it back. They initially said they had kept it somewhere  due to audit and they need time to look for it. I have visited them mutliple times and each time they give the same excuse about the audit. Today I called them , and now they are claiming they have returned it already to me, which I haven't.  They have no intentions for compensating , just lies and excuses.

Horrible service. Never using their service again.

I had worst experience with this store, i had given my shirt for ironing with no damages. But when it came back it had a large burnt mark on the back. They are not ready to accept there fault, but keep saying it was my mistake. Local store person doesnt know about it, QA team didnt send any approval for the same if there was any damages. They damaged shirt worth Ra.3000/- and offered to pay me Rs.45/-. Worst service, my suggestion is encourage local vendors. Atleast we can get a refund of 50% of amount.This is not worth the money. Take the service at your own risk.

Worst service. Never ever try with this store. I have given a blazer for washing on 24th Aug . They said they will deliver on Sunday (27th Aug). When I visited shop was closed. When called they said will deliver on Monday(28th Aug). When Called on Monday, they said not ready will deliver on Tuesday(29th Aug). Finally got it on Tuesday 29th Aug. They have washed away good big button and stitched some non-matching button which is kind of looking odd with other buttons in the blazer. They are not ready to accept that it is their issue. Also they claimed that there were damages in the coat already hence delay but the Quality Control team sent me photos which didn't had any damage. So they are simply lying. Store person doesn't know where was the damage and where they have stitched. Also QC approval was supposed to be done by Customer but Store person themself have went ahead and approved it. This will hint me that the damage have happened during the washing and hence they didn't shared the photos of the damage with the customer and they have asked store person to approve it. They are not only accepting the delay as well as damage done by them and not ready to compensate as I have to spend extra money to change the button. Never ever try with this store and service

Very worst service I had given my silk saree for dryclean they have not at all drycleaned my saree , i have also raised the complaint , and gave the same saree for drycleaning second time but it is of no use they just did the same thing , the stains were even more this time .

Not worth for money they take .

I have given an order on 20th March and paid for it online on 25th March. Though the materials are ready they are yet to deliver it. I need a dress in it for tomorrow and now I have to go without it. Very poor this.

Great service done by Fabricspa. Gave my blanket and floor mats for wash, it has come back fresh, clean and great smelling. Will use their services again for sure.

Worst service 6 th time i sm facing the issue if we give for dry cleaning they will do only iron after that they will take back and they will take 2 week of time for dry cleaning after 2 week it's same issue again

Had given our wedding dresses for dry cleaning to remove kumkum stains.. No use of dry cleaning the stains were still visible.. waste for our money..
