I was purchasing groceries from this shop since last 6 months and the behaviour of the owner is good but today his son was there in the shop. His behaviour is not good at all. I asked him to reduce 9rs which he denied and i did not had issue with that and agreed to pay full amount but then he started saying 5-10rs ke lia chick chick krte h and all. Sir with due respect I value even 1rs and as a customer i will bargain and if you cannot give it’s totally fine and I respect that. But you cannot speak rude just because of that. Today was the last time i have visited your store.

Remiss owner:- I have never came across a shop keeper who doesn't value their customer, it would have taken just to say sorry we didn't notice when we packed this dal, rather the shop owner fought with me telling you should have got this dal to show me, or dunzo'd the dal to him in spite of me showing him the below image he neglected,  i told him i can show him the bill but he shouted at me telling bring the dal,  i explained him since i was held up with my work i couldn't turn up, i came to his shop after 10days and informed him,mean while ppl in my house had discarded this dal which was infested with such insect. never he gave hears towards what i'm telling him, when i told him if you behave like this you might lose your good customers, try to be a little good to the customer  HE DIRECTLY SAID I DON'T MIND ABOUT MY CUSTOMER, how rude, he kept telling me i complained 3times about which was wrong, after he shouted at me i walked away and today when i went back to the shop i asked the labor to show me the items before packing i wanna check, the owner bounced back to me again. but the labors agreed it was a mistake we should have checked before packing.... but the owner never apologized nor respected me. i wouldn't have given that one star but its for the poor labor and don't lie that you respect your customer for 15years the people who visited that day knew how rude you was sir, still this movement you never apologized.
and Don't say hope you understand.... you never understood what i told you sir, nor did i ask for my money for what i paid on your infested product without showing it.... people below is the image for reference, still now its you who is arguing sir not me google as a plat form created to add their experience as review that's what i did   but you couldn't apologizes and your raising an argument.

My family has been purchasing here since the opening of the shop, that is nearly 20 years for now.
The shop has good quality products most of the time, close to 9/10.

The owner is very polite and really helps us find the best products in the market.

I bought their home made ghee and it’s really good.
