Very disappointing experience at Croma Gunjur (Varthur Main Road, Bangalore). I visited the store to purchase an AC, but the staff seemed completely uninterested in assisting. I was passed from one employee to another, and even after waiting for a long time no one came back to help, despite the floor being almost empty.

When I asked about O General AC, a staff member casually said “OG will be expensive sir” instead of simply providing the price. Whether it is expensive or not should be the customer’s choice.

I also received a call from the store manager Mr. Saurabh after raising the issue, but instead of acknowledging the poor service he tried to justify the staff’s behavior with excuses.

Very unprofessional experience and not what one expects from a brand like Croma.

Absolutely pathetic customer service and a complete waste of time.
Today we visited this Chroma showroom gunjur to purchase a laptop, and the experience was shocking. From the moment we entered, not a single staff member bothered to attend to us. We waited for nearly 15 minutes while employees were busy using their phones and chatting with each other. It felt like customers were an inconvenience to them.
After waiting long enough, we had to approach someone ourselves. He sent a lady staff member to assist us. She showed zero interest in explaining the product properly and, in the middle of the conversation, simply walked away without saying a word. When we tried to find her, another employee casually informed us that she had left for some “personal work.” Leaving customers unattended without any communication is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
We then approached yet another staff member, and a third person came to assist us. Shockingly, he admitted he was new and had no knowledge about the product. If staff are not trained, they should not be handling customers independently.
Since no one in the store was capable of properly explaining the product, we had to Google the specifications ourselves while standing inside the showroom. After finalizing the laptop on our own, we informed the staff — only to be told that the displayed model was out of stock.
How can a showroom display products that are not even available? This clearly shows poor coordination, lack of management control, and complete disregard for customers’ time.
We wasted nearly one full hour for absolutely nothing. Extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and poorly managed store. Management seriously needs to look into staff behavior, training, and stock management before more customers face the same frustrating experience.

Offers are good, but staffs will harras you to buy the insurance for any product. They will torture to buy insurance. I suggest go and see the products, and buy online even if the price is higher just to get rid of their insurance selling.
Or just say no to insurance, bear their torture of insurance and get it billed without insurance.

I reached here for OLED TVs, Mr. Prakash has assisted me with his good knowledge of all display technologies. He gave me some very valuable suggestion that helped me with to go with perfect TV that suites my needs. He gave me the best price. Thanks a lot!

I purchased a haier fridge on 10th oct 2025. When the technician came for installation it was fully broken as the front had glass finish.

I went to the store and informed that I need to change the fridge to LG or Samsung which after so much effort they agreed. I got the LG fridge delivered and installed but the broken Haier fridge is at my house for a week , I have been calling the sales person and also the store number , they are not taking this broken fridge away.

Il be going on a vacation Tommorow, I had been following up with them for a week to take it away.
If they don't take it today i can't return it for a month as Il be out of town and i will charge rent 500 per day for keeping this at my place if not taken today. It's store managers fault of not responding and not sending a person to collect even after so many days and followup...

My house is not a warehouse to store broken item.

The overall experience of purchasing here has convinced me that going forward it's better to stick to e-commerce.

While their selection and prices are good, post billing is when the issue start.

- On day of delivery (Thu), i am told delivery cannot happen today, it'll happen tomorrow (Fri). If i take delivery on Sat, installation will happen on Monday.
- Fri, i take time off from office at the agreed delivery time. Again the delivery is delayed by an hour, and i need to move my meetings.
- At time of installation, turns out the fridge has dents and scratches.
- While i wanted to get an exchange, another cycle of this hassle was just not worth it. So now after paying a hefty amount I have an item with dents and scratches, wrecking my overall experience.

I will not be mailing or sharing any further details beyond this. If public reviews are not enough for you to improve, then detailed mail descriptions won't add any value. There are sufficient reviews on this Google listing for a plethora of AIs to be picked.

I booked a fridge on hire through Chroma. They promised delivery on Sunday, but I waited the entire day and night and nothing was delivered. When I contacted customer support, they were not even able to properly track my order. They kept saying it was “out for delivery” since morning, but there was no update, no contact, and no solution.

There is no proper point of contact and no accountability. This whole experience was extremely irritating and a waste of time. If this is the kind of service they provide, it’s better to book from Amazon or Flipkart.

Guys, please don’t buy from here unless you want unnecessary stress.

Support is very bad. We are trying to repair Oru vacuum cleaner buttons.
We couldn’t reach their support number. It’s blocking incoming calls itseems.
We have also been to the store to raise a service request. It’s raised but no message or call received later. We have also informed about this google contact not working. They are not bothered about it.

Worst experience at Croma Store at Gunjur. The Tata Ethics is nowhere to be seen.
Purchased an LG Microwave on 25th Dec 2025. Delivery was planned on 6th Jan 2026. No delivery on 6th Jan nor any updates after that. The App shows it’s delivered, though I haven’t got the product. They don’t even bother to inform the Customer if there is a delay. After multiple follow ups myself and visit to the Store, finally got my Microwave delivered on Jan 20th. Again there was Micro-safe Bowls as part of this. That’s yet to delivered. They have no Idea where it is.
Have been a Customer of Croma for more than 10 years. All my electronics purchases have been from Croma. This is the end to it.

A newly opened outlet in Varthur right opposite to prestige lake side habitat  the main road

It’s a huge outlet compared to other outlets and ample parking space available

Spreader across 2 floors mainly the big appliances are on 1st floor
Salesperson are good and really good service as soon as you enter to store they will ask you about your requirements and guide you accordingly

Recently I got a side by side refrigerator and a front load washing machine from here after searching for 1 week and multiple outlets
I got the best deal and best service from here

Really recommended for all your electronics requirements

Very disappointing experience at Croma – false commitment and unprofessional behavior

I had visited the Croma store to buy a Sony Bravia S30 model. During my visit, the sales representative Prasad quoted me a price of ₹83,500, mentioning that if I waited until 18th October, there would be an offer that could bring the price down by another ₹2,000–₹3,000. Based on his assurance, I decided to wait.

However, when I called the store today to confirm, I was told that the same TV is now priced at ₹85,000. I reminded Prasad that he was the one who asked me to wait for a better deal, and now the price is higher than before. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or honoring the earlier commitment, he bluntly said he can’t help and even added, “I don’t care.”

This is honestly the worst customer experience I’ve had at Croma. Misleading customers and showing such indifference is completely unacceptable. Prasad should be held accountable for this behavior. I expected better ethics and professionalism from a brand like Croma

I purchased a geyser from Croma with a warranty, but it started leaking rusted water. Their service team repeatedly closed my complaint without fixing anything. I’ve been struggling for 3 months with no resolution.
I do not recommend Croma at all.

They have given damage piece and when we had been there no proper response from the team they have asked us raise job description and when the fridge installed person is responsible who is not picking the call and sharing the details worst experience.

If I would have wanted damaged piece then I would have gone to normal shop why would I have visited croma

The store is filled with chroma staff but no one is interested in selling anything. The staff is untrained and don't know the features of the product in their store.
Tried conveying the same to store manager and he walked in half asleep not interested in any feedback.
Would suggest any chroma store but not this one

Lousy post sale customer service!
We bought an expensive MacBook from here because it was offered at a competitive price, but after sales support is miserable.

I could rate this branch if I have any minus star for their worst service provide to the customer, I have taken their AÇ after all the payment for service an all I am getting electic shock from condenser fan which may cause to loose my life. Multiple times I have called them to resolve the issue. Nither they visit to check the AÇ nor they picking my call.

Amazing experience, the layout is so huge and well lit. It's on the main road, easily visible. Parking is on a smaller size. Feels very spacy and airy. All products are new. Good vibe.

Hi this is Siri here I had purchased refrigerator in the Croma store of there own brand by 8 I hav book got delivered by 9th n the technician came by 10th and he got everything set the refrigerator was good only fr 4/5 days till 15th after tat on cooling nthing not working I hav called customer service 100th times they r telling store pple will take care n store r not ready to send an person to look over that it’s been Jst 10days the product purchased the store arr really careless even customer service are pathetic please do not ever go visit this store they giv so much hype to purchase there own brand later this is there response

Very poor customer service, the staff there has no much clue of the device specs. I went to purchase PS5 had called them many times in morning, nobody picked up.

If you don’t accept calls then why give the phone number.

We all know Croma has a policy where you get best pricing considering the online price of the product.
I had kept track of the PS5 price online and called them to know if they had stock but they dint pick up. When I went there I they showed me the exact model which was 6000 rupees extra and he was saying it is the best pricing.  I showed him the price on amazon and flipkart which was exactly 6000 less than what they were offering. They made me wait while they did some other work and finally told me it’s like that we can’t change the price.

How pathetic is that!
I wish some head officer at croma should see this and give me proper explanation.

The whole point of me going there to shop offline was to get the console instantly on that day. It was a huge disappointment!

I will never recommend Croma to anyone ever again!
