Good clean fuel, polite, efficient staff. No one distracts me by asking "cash or card" when the operator is supposed to be resetting the meter (like so many Indian oil bunks). The fuel always looks clean if I drain it out and inspect it and I'd really recommend using the Power option occasionally. It bumps up my Bullets city mileage by at least 3km/ltr.

There is absolutely no question about the quality of the fuel, it's the best there is.

While all other fueling station have issues with the quantity of the fuel, shell never cheats in this matter, one can always ask the staff to verify the fuel quantity using the measuring scale 😊

Only drawback about the shell petrol bunks is that the price of normal fuel is always 4~5 rupees more compared to other petrol bunks like indian oil, bharat petroleum.

I got the gearbox oil changed of my Ford Ikon here and the experience was absolutely peaceful! Normally they recommend 90 grade but when I asked for 140, after a little back and forth, they readily agreed to my request, which sometimes becomes a big struggle to get as guys feel they’re the be all and end all of information!
Needless to say it has been a great experience so far and will come back here for more works!👍👍

The shell petrol pump offers you variety of service, where you don't fill ur empty petrol/diesel tank, its also got a oil service, advanced by shell, where they replace the oil filter and give an option of changing engine oil to synthetic or the standard one, synthetic oil is expensive, but the service provided is great since the oil changing is done ryt in front of customer, but there is a catch, the petrol pump has huge crowd attraction and is always crowded, so if you have patience and not in hurry please visit !!

Best to refuel early in the morning, 6.30-7AM or at night, 9PM, expected wait time would be 5-10 min. Otherwise, too much rush and wait time is more. There are 2/3 lines for 4 wheelers and 2 lines for 2 wheelers. They offer free oil checks, however never tried. They also clean the windshield for free, but sometime one need to remind when attendants are busy.

Had earlier given 5 stars because of the excellent service they offer. But reducing one star now as it's too over crowded. On weekends you will have to wait long to get fuel. I usually use Shell petrol pump at late nights. While it is expensive compared to other pumps however quality is supposedly better. Service quality fluctuates  a lot from very good to indifferent. Have seen them use strategy of giving only premium petrol citing non availability of regular petrol quite often which   I do not believe as their tanker is parked in the petrol pump station itself.

I prefer shell over others as using the power patrol keeps my bike in good health and also their service is better and you wouldn't feel like you're getting cheated. But I use this shell station a lot and sometimes though you're on the special queue which is meant to be for quick fill ups and only premium patrol, the staff wanders off and you have to wait a long time till they come back. I have seen other shell stations which sometimes have extra person standing at the queue to make everything swift but not here

Shell is always good place to fill petrol as it is bit expensive than the normal but gives good performance of the vehicle.. I started using just last month, now I prefer only shell for my bike... Most of the staffs are well behaved and do not do partiality with regard to someone who speaks Hindi and someone who speaks kannada... All are equal for them, for which they get insulted by anti social animals... Lot of things are here lesser than the one that is near Gopalan mall.. due to metro work going on, getting into this petrol pump is very difficult.. I am happy to see that they have appointed women helpers also and they are not disrespected as at some of the other places they are... Sometimes it feels Royal using a royal Enfield and entering this place to fill in petrol

Staff Attitude is bad. Not following safe practice.
He wasted oil while filling. When I was telling him to stop he continued saying it's because of air out. After speaking to manager he returned Rs 20 and told he would debit this to the person who filled petrol. For us waste of oil, the natural resource is more painful than money.

This is the only shell petrol pump around. It is not that big. However, it has decent space with 3 petrol filling stops, small service stop, air filling station and billing counter. They except Paytm, cards and cash offcourse. This is a 24/7 open station.

I have been coming to this gas station for a long time because I live in the neighborhood and because of their prices for gas. I still go there because of the prices of power shell petrol is good gives me little extra milage but there is a gas attendant by the name of suresh who makes going to this place very umpleasant. He ignores you when you go to pay for petrol and some times you have to wait for him to finish a conversation over his phone. He makes going to this plave very aggrivating because he makes you feel as if he does not want your business.

Most of the times this place is crowded. The good thing is this gas station is open 24 hours. The place is clean, they do fill engine oil. People visit this place for quality fuel. You can fill air here. Nitrogen option is presently not available.

Many times the fuel dispenser is left on the tank with the tank open while the attendant walks around ‘lazily’ to fetch the card reader or change.

Shell supplies the best fuel in Bangalore but this particular pump mysteriously never have regular petrol in stock.
They mostly have premium petrol only and the same will not be displayed on a board.

I've regularly filled petrol for my bike upto a month, because of shell shock
But I got poor mileage of 43kmpl for 110cc bike...
If I fill the same amount of shell petrol in other area like Whitefield,  Mysore road I got 52kmpl...
Even I've tried my Ritz vdi diesel...  it's given me the mileage of 15kmpl in other shell bunk 18kmpl
This is the worst case happened to me... Please test it if u r regular customer... So be aware...
This the very fraud bunk in this area.... They r spoiling the name of shell

Poor experience, money centred people.  Poor salesmanship, we came here only for petrol, but they offered to check our oil condition which fine to tlme, oil was good. So, They told that the coolant oil needs to be changed which will be 4 ltrs.
No knowledge at all, the coolant tank was already filled with 3 ltrs (3 gallons) but the mechanic removed the seal of 4th gallon and tried to fit in.
So, we end up paying ₹1396 for 4 gallons, and kept the 4th gallon with us. If anyone who is incharge reading this, you need to immediately take action to avoid any such things happen in future.
I trust shell company and I will come again. But if it happens like this in future, I will video tape it and put it on social media. That will be all....

Just they are cashing on the brand SHELL.The fuel offered is same as any other outlet like IOC,BPC,HPC,RIL.
The product is coming from Mangalore refinery which is owned by ONGC.
However,the arrogant management cheats the public saying fancy words like power petrol etc.
But most customers prefer this over the opp IOC because of slightly better services offered.

I'm writing this review as a warning to others: steer clear of the Shell Petrol Bunk where a person named Narasimha seems to think he runs the show. My experience was nothing short of appalling, and I'm still fuming about the way I was treated.

I visited this petrol bunk expecting basic courtesy and service. Instead, I was met with arrogance and disrespect by none other than Narasimha. The moment I asked a question, he snapped at me like I was bothering him. His tone was condescending, and his attitude was completely unprofessional.

But what really took the cake was when I politely asked for clarification on something. Narasimha's response was to challenge me openly, daring me to make a complaint. Yes, you read that right. He seemed to think it was some kind of victory to be rude and confrontational with customers. Newsflash, Narasimha: treating people with respect isn't optional—it's part of your job.

If you're looking for a place to fuel up without being insulted, keep looking. This Shell Petrol Bunk clearly doesn't value its customers. Narasimha might think he's above it all, but trust me, his behavior speaks volumes about the kind of service you can expect.

To Narasimha, here's a message: your behavior isn't just reflecting on you—it reflects on the entire company. Maybe it's time to take a long, hard look in the mirror and ask yourself if this is the kind of service you want to provide. Because if this is the best you've got, you're in the wrong line of work.

Arrived here at 6:30am to fill fuel. Attendant refused to provide Shell points discount, giving a vague excuse saying server is down. Also, refused to fill air saying pump is not working.
Most attendants here display a very callous attitude during non-peak hours and ruin the brand's reputation.
Better to visit HP or similar fuel stations. The fuel is marginally cheaper and service is better.

Staff thinks that customer has no sense of the pump. He told me that the system is reset and was putting the nozzle back whereas it wasn't unless he had put the nozzle back, thug like attitude as if providing fuel for free.

Previously they had only activated the power fuel not sure as they wanted to meet the target or the sale of the same as majority take the regular fuel and the power wasn't getting over. Irony is that I could see a yellow board vehicle next to mine filling the regular fuel. This is forced sale.

Shell doesn't supports customers whose vehicle is drained out of fuel and stranded in middle of road and need to take the fuel to the vehicle, as they don't provide fuel in fuel cans as well. How funny this can be neither they have service of getting the pump to the vehicle. If I wasn't a regular customer and user of shell fuel I would have changed the provider but with the experience today I hope better venders come or I should start trying other petrol station to change and move from shell. However the prices are high rather can use premium or speed kind of fuel from other stations.

Not going to use shell anymore and regret for all the fuel I took from them that gave them sales. I started using shell since there were only 2 stations in Bangalore but no more going to use it in future.

One of the worst customer service among Shell station in Bangalore. Beware of getting conned between Normal fuel and V-Power, usually they say it’s just one or two rupees more but infact it was four rupees difference. It’s fine to explain benefits and convince customer for V-Power than using cheap tricks.

There is no staff available at the air filling station in this prime location (Especially in the morning  6 am to 8 am).  Staffs are not polite with the customers.

When enquired, the Indian Oil petrol bunk referred to go to crossing the road (from Shell petrol pump) which seems to be a bar.

Service does not match the premium rates charged. Staff is always busy talking to each other. Toilets are not maintained - hand spray and flush were not working and it was dirty. Shell card experience is the worst (I have stopped using) - they first swipe credit card to load shell card ..then go into office (which takes forever long) to make actual payment for fuel. Wonder why it can't be done at pump area itself. Loyalty programs are supposed to give you premium faster experience. Sad! Also for a premium company like Shell....they refill only air...they should provide Nitrogen (charge for it if required).

Changed my car's oil and oil filter here. Did a good job. They also sold me a set of Bosch windscreen wipers which they fitted for me. I was going out of the city and half way through my journey it was raining heavily. The wiper got dislodged from the arm and I was fortunate enough not to get into an accident. The wiper was not fitted properly. It snaps on to the arm with a click which obviously the mechanic didn't bother to double check. The dislodged wiper even scratched my window. So if you are doing any service at the Shell pump please make the mechanic double check.

Most horrible customer service ever, arrogant to the core.  Having waited in the Que for a long time, the guy at the petrol bunk is filling my tank with super petrol which is 90rs.  I asked him for ordinary, he said we serve in this line only super you have to go to the other bunk, having waited for a long time he is asking me to go back to the other bunk to wait again in the Que for a long time for the ordinary.  He refused to fill the tank with ordinary and his boss came and told the same.  At other given time i have seen these guys serving ordinary.  Had i not observed, this guy would have filled my tank with super, without my knowledge and made me pay more.  It has got one of the worst customer satisfaction service and the guys serving are very arrogant and cheap.

Does not accept shell card or else system is not working. Air filling is another headache. Both especially at night times..Already shell is giving lesser punch and mileage as compared to good psu fuels, add to it such poor experience and the tendency to sell power petrol even when the customer asks for regular / normal fuel.

I would give a zero rating for the shell staffs arrogant attitude and there stupid company policy.  This happened today midnight 1.15AM 5th Aug 2019, I visited this bunk for diesel with my family members in car, mom and 3 Sisters. The staff told me to switch off the ignition, which I denied and explained him the problem, as my battery was weak for not starting the vehicle for quite some time was facing issue to restart if switched off, with no curtosy he abruptly denied to fuel the diesel and diverted to the supervisor who was another hopeless A****** who never bothered about customer and just mentioned its their company policy and that he cannot help. There were 2 police men standing along with him suggested to visit another bunk close by, which I did so.  SHELL Is a Worthless company WITH NO VALUE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN AT CRITICAL SITUATION.

The shell petrol pump at Kacharnahali is one of the worst petrol pump
The manage of petrol pump is least bordered to listen to problem faced
The stafs are very lazy &no one is willing to work in spite of many customers waiting
They do not have a separate lane for Power petrol customers

Management pls look into the issue else we customers will take violent action

I was using this for fueling my vehicles for all these years but not anymore . They service 1000's of transactions per day but too lazy to get there card machines serviced . I've had frequent transaction failure when I swipe my cards but amount gets deducted from my a/c, they give reasons like no network . If there is no network why do they use it in the first place. Plz use only cash transactions here if not v pay double the transaction amount , literally wait for bank to reverse post reporting the same to d bank .

The fuel attendant by default just started to fill vpower diesel,  but soon enough I realised and requested him to fill regular diesel. He gave some excuse that the regular diesel pump had a problem,  I still stuck to my request, then the regular pump started working magically.  Hope they stop behaving like douchebags..
