Very bad experience all over, hide repair work from customer and making fraud with customer.
I bought a new cooling fan at rupees 1600 and after 1 day when I open my laptop for upgrade SSD from another's store, I seen a old fan are replacing from burdwan infotech, and take high rupees of this product, so please avoid purchasing any product from this store, it's my experience in burdwan infotech .
You can go infinity store, burdwan badamtala and b.c road store where I upgrade my laptop.

First visited the shop on 21/03/2025 for sudden breakdown(Motherboard fault+Display Hinge) of my laptop(HP-AC118TU), received the fully repaired and functional one on 15/04/2025.

Very decent, honest and straightforward. They don't cheat like others. I have visited them with problem in my laptop screen and they sorted it out within 1500 Rs. Before visiting them I have checked with other shops like infinity, pixel computer, Bengal expert system etc they told  a charge of 4500 Rs to make it correct. You can trust bluechip.

Nice place for pc buyers, helpful attitude of the owner is plus, good stock of pc peripherals, laptops and others. And if. Not in stock , put in an order and they will definitely manage to deliver. Service of the products is also nice. Genuine price but sometimes a few bucks higher than some other stores...but rarely.

I went there to fix my laptop fan, straight away they said that "we may need to repair the motherboard", classic tactics to get more money out of you, they replaced my laptop fan charged 1200 and for additional cleaning they charged 400 more, cheap or not you decide, also upon returning home I found that few of the keys of my laptop are not working!!! Now I know y u guys charged less for the so called thermal pasting, keep it up ... u won't go too far
