I recently dined at South Kitchen and as someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I was pleased to see they had options for me. I tried the Onion Uttapam with Tomato Uttapam and Sambar and it was delicious! The uttapam had the perfect texture and the sambar was flavorful and not too spicy.
