⭐ **Very Disappointing Experience**

I visited this store to buy clothes for my son and I had a valid membership coupon. From the moment I entered, the experience was unpleasant. Two female staff members were busy on their phones (doing chatting nd calling)and showed no interest in helping. When I tried to ask about products, their response was rude and unhelpful.

After selecting clothes, one of the staff members suddenly informed me that they were no longer accepting membership coupons.When I asked if I should leave then, her attitude became even worse. She behaved very rudely and acted as if she were the owner, not an employee.

At the billing counter, little arug happened and he accepted coupon. there was an older male staff member (around 55–60 years old). When I mentioned my coupon, he also refused it and spoke very rudely. I asked if there was another FirstCry store in Bhavnagar, and he said no. When I asked when and where I could redeem my coupon, he sarcastically told me to go to Ahmedabad or Rajkot.

I told him to Expecting customers to travel 200 km to redeem a ₹100 coupon is ridiculous and unprofessional. Overall, the staff behavior was extremely rude, disrespectful, and disappointing. This is not the kind of service expected from a brand like FirstCry.

Great Experience Ever.. My child enjoys the shopping. Staff is cooperative and knowledgeable. It was fun to do shopping here.

We visited the store about 3 weeks ago. Staff was quite polite and helpful. Mr Aakash was extremely kind that he did make sure our car parked outside the store will not get towed while we peacefully enjoy the shopping. Thank you Aakash for your help. Very much appreciated!

There is one staff named Aakash Yadav he is so humble and hard working person and very knowledgeable. Best sales person in the store
