I recently visited Paris Bakery and was pleasantly surprised to find a gluten-free option for dessert - their pineapple cake. As a person with dietary restrictions, this was a huge relief and the cake did not disappoint. The texture was light and fluffy, and the pineapple flavor was refreshing and not too overpowering. It's great to see a bakery catering to different dietary needs. Highly recommend trying their pineapple cake for a delicious and gluten-free treat!
