● E-Gift Voucher is not redeemable for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for a gift voucher/Gift card.
● E-Gift Voucher cannot be reloaded.
● E-Gift Voucher cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
● E-Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed in part.
● E-Gift Voucher is a single use voucher against the given BrainGymJr Plan subscription and will be tagged to the subscriber against the chosen credentials.
● If the E Gift Voucher is lost or stolen, neither will a new E-Gift Voucher will be issued nor will the money be reimbursed in any manner.
● The holder of this E Gift Voucher shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the E Gift Voucher and the credentials mentioned on it.
● No duplicate E-Gift Voucher will be issued.
● Once redeemed, the subscription is issued against a single user email id that was provided while signing in.
● The single user can use the credentials to access BrainGymJr through the website or the BrainGymJr App on Google Play Store or App Store.
● BrainGymJr Education Private Limited reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions at its discretion without prior notice.
● All Customer Queries/dispute on the E-Gift Voucher should be raised during the period of validity of the voucher or within 15 days after expiry. For any disputes, the customer needs to furnish a scanned copy of invoice for the case to be taken for further investigation.
● Any dispute/s subject to Mumbai jurisdiction, governed by Indian law.
● BrainGymJr Education Private Limited does not make any warranties, express or implied, with respect to gift cards, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
