Visited the outlet while coming back from Kolhapur to Bangalore. It was a raining cats and dogs that day. While searching for restaurants on highways, found this CCD outlet near the petrol bunk. When we entered power was not there and only person was available to guard the outlet. We waited almost an hour till power came back. Ordered some food and cappuccinos. Food taste was good, coffee was also excellent. As it was raining outside it was quite good view while sipping coffee.

This is a good place with nice ambiance and nice coffee as well. Washrooms are clean but can be cleaner. Coffee and food is good to go. They provide ample parking space and it's free.

As it’s co-located with a petrol pump, one can stock up on fuel - for the car and for yourself.

The restroom is clean and there is ample parking space. Again, one doesn’t have to veer off too much from the highway.

Jan 2020 - still a nice place to take a break from a long journey from Goa or Belgaum to Bangalore. Pretty much standard Menu across all Cafe Coffee Day but good service. Ample open parking and right beside Kamat.

Dropped in on our drive to goa from bangalore...very easy to miss... besides an Hp petrol pump...but a little hidden theres no other rest stops or coffee places for miles so dont wait for another and just stop if you need that coffee..other than that nothing special to write about apart from thenfact we had one in the middle of almost nowhere..ur usual Cafe coffee day ..had a devils cold coffee and a cappuccino..both made well no issues..

After a long drive we stopped here to relax. Nice and well maintained coffee cafe. Quick service and quality food they service. We enjoyed one hour and proceeded to next destination. Parking is available and restrooms are well maintained. No complaints at all.

Looking at the previous reviews it appears that they are really putting efforts to improve. We had ordered a japanese matcha tea and filter coffee. We asked for an extra cup and the staff did give us one. Also, the coffee was very tasty. There was some issue with the soap dispenser in the Washroom,  which was rectified by the staff... overall,  it was a good experience.

This place is located inbetween HP petrol pump and Kamath Upachar, good place to hangout for locals and for travellers for quick and good coffee. Had ordered vanilla Latte and panner sandwich.. Latte had less vanilla flavour and was not that hot, had to ask him for it..

very good customer care. we were 3 customers, i was 3rd supposed to be , but i was the one near the cash counter. To get confirmation from my family members i was 3rd. In me order 2 cappuccinos and one full round cake. We were very hungry , i did not get any of my order till 5 minutes , so i went to the cash counter and asked him the cake is already for the last 3 days, y can't you give that to us . He replied u r in the 3rd order. Then i shouted at him, see i already told u we are hungry what kind of service r u doing. As usual like all coffee day , he did not reply

Very limited availability from  the menu . They had no sugar free sweeteners and the sugar was not in sachets but loose in bowl. Not a good thing in Covid time

I always depend on CCDs on my road trips, but this time my experience was very disappointing. I ordered an Iced Cappuccino to go which is a pretty basic order. Quick and easy to make. The barista made it so poorly. You could hardly taste the coffee in it. Calling it a coffee-flavoured milk will also be sugarcoating. Being a legacy coffee brand, I expect you guys to maintain the flavour of coffee across outlets, highway or city. Else why would I choose a INR295 coffee over a INR20 filter coffee which I could literally buy on any tiny tapri on my route. Whoever's reading is, please improve on this at this and all the outlets to maintain your CCD standard. Thanks!

Visited this CCD in March 2022. It has been one of the worst experience in any CCD.
The billing desk person is too arrogant and rude. I gave my order and he asked me for my number. I politely asked him if you can bill it without a mobile number and he just raised his voice and kept on repeating number number without answering my question if it's needed.
I finally had to give my number but I needed to order a second item and this time he was just shouting at me as if I am hard on hearing. I asked for the manager for which he smirked and told the guy next to him that I need to see the manager.
The manager came after sometime and I informed him that I want to do the billing without shouting out my mobile number infront of strangers which he said can be done and is not needed. By now , the billing desk executive was suddenly polite and apologetic.

I would really like to understand the reason why we are forced to give mobile numbers to buy items which we are paying for in full. We aren't looking for any discounts or membership offers, so there should be no reason to take numbers.

Also more than half the things in the menu were not available.

We go to cafe coffee day expecting a certain level of hygiene and I am sorry to say that it is not as good as I expected . The male toilet tap was broken and  there was no soap in the female toilet. This happens every time and so many excuses are given. There is another restaurant just next to this which is cheaper but we prefer to come here. Please maintain your quality. Many things like cold mojito mock tails were not available

this is one of the worst ccd I have ever visited. Been here plenty of times due to lack of options.
The place has some 10 tables.
The staff have changed some 4 times, all of them equally untrained.
sometimes the toilets don't work sometimes the coffee machine doesn't work.
if you can avoid, please avoid the place.
only positive - this place has a kamat upachar and  a petrol pump.
the kamat is another horrible place.

We had to wait for more than thirty minutes to get two cups of cappuccino, many people left after seeing the wait time. Since they had already taken money and were adament of not to provide refund. The reason provided by them was the coffee machine gets turned off as it's connected to server. God's knows which server he was taking about. But this might be my last visit to this particular outlet. Coffee taste was good.

The moment we placed order and sat down, power went off. Staffs were too reluctant to pick the umbrella and walk to the Genset to turn of backup power.

Had to wait extra 30 min due to this.

Only good thing about the place is it's available in remote location. Else I would give 1 star. The person who took order without asking our opinion he upgraded to what is available at high price. No other digital payments were allowed except debit card(Amazon or other modes)

Worst experience at coffee day. Ordered a filter coffee. Was tasteless. Nothing like what a filter coffee should be. Took it back and asked for a cup of hot water instead. Couldn’t get a cup of hot water as a replacement. Got told not possible as all cups are accountable but could make another tasteless filter coffee. Counting cups is more important than making happy customers.

Coffee are not provided as per the orders. Everything has the same taste.....there is no difference between a frappe and a normal coffee. The toilets are not maintained. The soap dispensers and the hand dryer don't work. Lights are flickering. It's not worth stopping here for a coffee. Very disappointed. Waste of time and money.

Please don't visit this place to get cheated with the staff present over there, one cold coffee and sandwich costed me 600rs together when asked for the bill he gave a half printed bill like you can see in the photograph the numericals or the names have not been printed properly. When asked for scanner the cashier gave his personal scanner and not the owner's/CCD company's. Hygiene was nil, the most underrated service with half asleep staff.

“Absolutely Pathetic Service!”

Stopped at Café Coffee Day while traveling from Goa to Bangalore, thinking it would be a quick, relaxing break. Big mistake! What should have been a 15-20 minute stop turned into a nightmare as we were made to wait for over an hour for a simple order. The place was grossly understaffed.

This level of inefficiency from a brand like CCD is completely unacceptable. If you can’t even handle basic service, why run an outlet? Save your time and money – there are better options around.

I’m done with CCD and will make sure others know about this lousy experience. Would give zero stars if I could. Never coming back!

The staff told us that we can't order if we don't download their app. Even when we told them that we are a large group amounting to a significant bill amount and that we had used th same CCD en route 3 days ago, they refused. CCD definitely knows how to lose loyal customers.

I am giving 1 star because I can't give 0. They had only garlic bread during lunch time. There was sandwich on display. One person said I could have it, other came and said I couldn't have it. It was probably stale.

Bathroom had no water, so couldn't use it. This isn't anything like a CCD experience you'd expect otherwise. Not recommended.

Even though ccd is pet friendly cafe this place isn’t. Staff was rude when I entered the cafe with my dog. We wanted to relax inside for a while as we were travelling from 7 hours but they made us sit in the entrance with no shade and full of dust. I ordered signature cold coffee and requested for ice cubes for my dog who was panting heavily because of the heat, which they didn’t bother to serve. Washrooms looked like it was never cleaned with broken taps and faucet.

Did not have some items mentioned in the menu like hot velvet coffee. Coffee wasn't good either. Not a recommended place, try Kamat upachar next to it, it is a better place.

Just wasted 30 minutes on the highway, pathetic service!! We had asked for 2 drinks, only one was served. The whole bunch of incompetent staff is busy chatting and taking selfies! The customer can go to hell. By the time we realised something is amiss, only one horribly rude staff was left, not the guy who had taken the order. This staff made it clear he was doing us a favour by calling his esteemed colleague to cross check our claim. Then he declared we were at fault and told us to pay 1200 rs. for 1 café frappe, that is the ability of these heros but attitude is unlimited! How do these types get hired in the service industry!! Basic manners and basic knowledge I guess is too much to ask!!
