I had a great experience at the Jio Store, Sector 46, Chandigarh. I needed to transfer my eSIM from my Android phone to a new iPhone, and the process was quite challenging, especially installing and managing the app on the Android device. Although it looks easy, it can actually be tricky. Mr. Pardeep handled the entire procedure very efficiently. He was technically very active, knowledgeable, and completed the process quickly and smoothly without any hassle. His professionalism and technical skills really stood out. Both the men working at the store were very polite even though the store had too many customers they were dealing with each one of them very politely and had the knowledge. They were answering all questions politely and dealing the customers in a sequence. Wonderful experience.
