No sense how to talk with customer bad communication when we try to call about any query no good service and response from store

The behaviour of the employees here is awful. I got a product from here some time back and it’s not working now and the workers here are not even listening.

I bought a product from this store and after three days it stopped working, I went to the store and the shopkeeper behaved very rudely and did not listen to what I said about the product. Very bad store and bad service. Do not buy anything from here.

I recently purchased a mobile holder from this shop, but I was disappointed to find that it was priced at 500, while the official website sells it for 350 and Amazon has it for 240. Excellent option to purchase your camera and related stuff, staff is good and friendly and all options available at a same place. Very nice person, polite staff, genuine and reasonable price articles you can buy here. Many things you can buy under one roof. All types of electronics, camera articles and spare parts, pendrive, camera batteries, memory cards etc etc all are available here.

Yesterday for first time visited this store, we bought a gimbal and explored many more things about camera. Owner uncle is such a humble and down to earth personality. Prices are v.good as compare to ither stores in the same market. Planning to buy my next camera from the same place.

They are having so many gadgets and cameras. Everyone can choose as per his need and picket.

They are totally Froud because of these shopkeepers customer think that all sectors 22 market is wrong… behaviour of the owner  is so rough  and workers also behave like owner . They are not selling right products and even not interested to answer. behave like they are they are the owner of all sector 22 market .they want to deal in cash only . They are interested in once selling only after selling there behave like cheaters. Don’t want to attend customer complaint ..owner and workers both use rough language and owner use workers name . Owner actual name is Prince and if customer if we complaint of product and ask his name then he use another name like Name Manni. Please don’t buy any product from him his reputation is so down and I experienced this. Father has also so much attitude and they didn’t care about anything.Because of location only people wrongly enter in sera store .

A good Shop for camera accessories in sector 22 market.. Only two shops are there in market.. Other is capital... Always, the rates here would be lesser than capitals.. a shop for quick buy

They are Fraud, they sell you refurbished products by telling you they are brand new. Make sure to have bill with serial number of product and waranty card signed.

They are very dodgy. This shop should not be in market. They charge you the original price but give you non genuine product.

I bought insta 360 x3 and my experience was awesome. I got the best deal and accessories for my 360 action camera.

The owner doesn’t answer to anything properly. You feel like they are not interested to sell you the product. ChArges you for card swipe, quote higher than market. Prefers cash payments only.. These shops shouldn’t be the part of market…

I bought a product from sera store and after 15 days it is not working and shopkeeper behavior is totally changed when i asked for replacement and talked with anger and they also don't give you bill of product so don't go there because they all are frauds

There was not an option to give ratings in negative, otherwise I would have gone for that. I went to the retailer on 11-12-2020 and asked for the brother printer and he assured me that it will be delivered by the evening. I kept on waiting but the same was delivered on 13-12-2020. They didn't even bothered to inform me or update me regarding the status. I have to call them myself enquiring about the same. Talking about the installation part, today is 15-12-2020, and it has still not been installed and they are asking me wait for one more day. The dealing guy named Rohit Arora seems very unprofessional and was very rude in talking when I tried to reach him over the phone. The kind of service they have provided me is unprofessional, pathetic and unbearable.

They are fruad people. They don't sell the right product and so money minded that they don't even care what coustomer wants. Their behaviour is so rude and abusive, this shop is just a fruad running in 22 sector mobile market.
