My visit to IndianOil was alright. The staff were present and helpful, and the place seemed fairly clean. Filling up my tank was easy enough.⛽️ However, the prices were about what I expected, neither surprisingly low nor high. 💲 It's a functional gas station, but nothing really stood out. 🤷‍♀️ I'd consider stopping by again if I'm in the area. 🚗

I consistently choose Indian Oil for my fuel needs because of their reliable service. The staff is always efficient and courteous, making each visit a smooth experience. I truly appreciate the consistent quality and positive atmosphere at their stations.

At Petrol Pump Card payment or Online payment are available here. Quantity & quality both are good. Good quality petrol, great service.
Diesel Quality is also good. You can trust on quality and service. When there is rush on petrol pump then they could manage properly..!! Staff is very humble and friendly.

This petrol pump is situated on the main road which is also the way to Mohali so it's often crowded by vehicles and long queues are seen. Staff is unable to manage when there's a crowd and seem to be incompetent. Only one washroom is available which is also dirty most of the time. There's no cleanliness and sanitation maintained. Only Cash and UPI payments are applicable. Air filling station is provided on both the entry and exit for two wheeler and four wheeler respectively. Pollution Check Center is available. And no store is available inside the pump.

Tyre air fill is also available. You can get the pollution certificate for your vehicle as well.

Nice pump , quality is good and staff is polite , but sometimes after office hours like 5-8pm it gets crowded ,do I'll recommend try to visit before that

I had a really frustrating experience at this petrol pump. Their card machines rarely work properly, which makes payments a big hassle. Instead of assisting customers, the staff behaves rudely and is not at all cooperative. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially at a petrol pump where smooth transactions are expected. Would not recommend this place unless you have cash in hand to avoid unnecessary trouble.

Good experience though staff was not so professional and the place was full of crowd and proper arrangements was not there

This is the one of the worst petrol pump in chandigarh.behaviour of the staff was rude.they are totally unprofessional.i recommended everone not to take their service.

Good Staff and well maintained Petrol Pump and yes there's a local shop there where you can buy you vehicle requirements and other things as well.

Pathetic service and experience at this indian oil pump. They were rude and they don't even care if the customer is having any restrictions with the mode of payment. I told them to take online payment which they immediately refused and left ...without even recognising my genuine problem. I told them I don't have cash or a card. They said it's 12 Am already we don't take online payment anymore .. which is a complete lie.... having this worse experience at a petrol pump cannot be accepted. You should help people not repel them. I am asking even Indian oil employees to take online payment and give me cash instead  so I could pay for petrol, but they did the same left with no help....I even tried to ask the pump office people to help they were so rude and immediately told me to get out of their office. Not recommended for people' to visit at night if having just online payment as an option even at this time when online transactions are so common people at Indian oil are denying payment.

Here Scam is going on in the name of tyre puncture repair. After checking your actual puncture, they put tyre in muddy water blue tank to check more punctures and they intentionally puncture the tyre from sides in that tank and ask to put mushroom puncture joints which costs 350 per puncture, they did it to me once, and punctured from 2 sides the same tyre and took money. I was suspicious and asked how it could have happened but they explained and I thought okay. Next day my car's another tyre also got punctured and I went there again. There I saw them doing the same thing with 2 other cars and owners were really scared to know about side punctures. Then I asked them, is every car getting side punctured at your shop, what is happening. They got stumped and when I asked for fixing my tyre puncture, they just fixed it from outside and not even bothered to put it in muddy water tank to check leakage. They said they know this is the only puncture without checking elsewhere. I got more suspicious about their unethical and criminal activities and decided not to go to this pump again and started using other pumps nearby. Really, if you are visiting this pump for puncture repair think twice. The people there will loot you. And it is not possible that management of the pump is not knowing about it because I read some other person's message also for the same puncture scam. It may also be possible that they may be doing the same with petrol diesel quality and quantity, so just Beware.

If there could be a pump that just needs to be avoided , this would be it! Unresponsive attendants who don't care, mamagement that shows they care but don't actually.. the sardarji there (the manager) has his favourite set of customers who he greets and the rest can just go away! The mismanagement results in lines going across the road but they don't care! Just today i kept on honking to gain the attendants' attention cz i didnt know which line to go to for diesel..out of 20 plus attendants and the manager, no one, not even a single one bothered to look at me! Stupid, rude, and unprofesssional staff!

When I asked the person filling petrol to remove his hand from the nozzle, he got angry and was not ready to move away and the facility of filling air in tyres is also not provided at this petrol pump.

Started getting the water in fuel light just 2 days after getting my cars diesel tank filled up. I have a tata car, went to the service station in Industrial area and found out that these guys mix something in the fuel. It wasn’t exactly water, but the Tata service guy also mentioned that the colour of the diesel wasn’t anywhere close to the actual fuel. I got a bottle from tata, partially filled with a water like substance with a yellow tinch. I’ll definitely not visit this place ever again.

They have 2 people assigned for air fill in car tyres, which brings waiting time to half! Also I noticed that they provide free valves. I really liked the service at this pump and recommend.
Valve scam is most common scam in our country, where air filling guy fools and changes Valve. These guys totally eliminated that scam here.

Taking off star as they don't accept UPI payments at night! Had to look out for another petrol pump at night.

5:30 am in the morning. The person told my driver to pay only cash or card online payment not accepted. I am sending my vehicle to another petrol pump.

The atmosphere is overall friendly. Employees sometimes decide on themselves to serve only Pricy petrol, or card only, or cash only.....with so many separate lines, it's not easy to decipher which one you should start in. Many times i have to change lines just because a particular person does not online payments or is serving Xtra milega petrol only.
