The food at KFC Mohali is delicious, and orders are served quickly around 5–6 minutes.
Unfortunately, the overall experience is let down by the staff and cleanliness. The employees seemed dull with no expressions, and they lacked basic product knowledge. I asked for Pepsi Black, and the receptionist initially confirmed it, but later admitted she had given me regular Pepsi instead and she wasn't even sorry about that.
On top of that, tables aren’t cleaned, making it difficult to find a clean, empty seat. Customer service and hygiene really need improvement.

All the good stuff by kfc is available here.
It is crowded in the evenings as the trendy crowd of Mohali descends here.
The staff here is cordial, however they seem to be understaffed as they try to keep hard with the crowd.
Seating here is ample for 50+ people. Parking is ample, free and available in front.

However when I visited, cleanliness seemed to be an issue. Someone had spilled entire cold drinks on stairs and sitting area and no one bothered to clean it up.

One of the best places for hardcore non vegetarian people (with some consolation for veg lovers also) in the town is the joint franchise of KFC. Visited one in 3b2 and was doing great work during this time of pandemic.
1. No entry is being ensured without any mask
2. Distancing is being maintained however sone people are made in such a way that they can’t listen.
3. The taste of food served is great but one need to be specific in giving instructions of your choice.

1. Staff is not what one expect at the restaurants and they need to b polite, must listen what is being told and then act in it.

Really disappointing to see KFC like food company has stores like this.. First of all they are always short of items.. Missing something or the other always.. Seats not maintained.. Tables are dirty filled with leftovers.. Food  prepared not upto standards.. Been  there 5-7 times always felt the same..
Note the location that i am referring to is MOHALI PHASE 3B-2, PUNJAB
Hope the management will look into this pretty soon.

Very very smelly basement dining area. Toilet next to kitchen on ground floor is a public toilet used by public and never cleaned.

It's an area where rural Punjabis come for time pass in 3B2 and buy food and then sit in car and eat.

So this outlet has got used to take away with not very good customers who appreciate warm food and good quality.

Families avoid it completely, go to Burger King 20 shops away in next block..

What's the point in having delicious food and super fast order pickup when you completely ignore hygiene standards,
Now people might think it's not a big deal but I don't think famous establishments like KFC should have hygiene issues like this, even after complaining about it during our previous visit they still have house flies and mosquitoes flying around (the dining area)

I had a talk about it with the manager the last time I was there , I wasn't arguing or complaining even , It was a very polite and small discussion and I said a place that charges this much and has a Brad reputation worldwide  should have higher hygiene standards

I am a vegetarian and had ordered veg burgers for takeaway. However, when I reached home and checked the bag, I found that non-veg burgers were packed instead.

This is a very serious and unacceptable mistake. For me, this is not just an order error but a matter of personal and dietary concern.

I request an immediate resolution and  I would also appreciate a prompt response and clarification on how such an error occurred.

The worst of the KFC order was delayed more then 2 hours and cancelled, KFC does not have any delivery partner and took placement of the order, if do not have delivery partner why they took placement of the orders from their end. Ordered a chicken roll meal, waiting was more than 10 minutes not a good sign. Went downstairs in sitting area and max tables had leftovers from long and no one was there to clean. The fries I got after 10min were so cold eventually won’t recommend this specific outlet as I have been to others also in chd which have pretty good service.

I don't know about others we took the drive through and the food we received was nowhere to what the standards were earlier. The burgers don't look anything like they advertise and the condiments and sauces are inadequate and they are served mechanically through guns which measure out the minimum quantity. Although the service guys called back and replaced the order and below is what we received.
I have realised that these MNC chains don't care for the customer to provide quality food like they do across many other developed countries as those countries have consumer protection laws in place. Apne desh main chalta hai wala logon ka attitude apne ko hi bhaari pad raha hai.

The staff in the store do not copperate at all and is argumentive. I placed an order and want to make a online payment through card/paytm but the team member there told us that the online pos system is not working from backend as its been disabled and you have to pay cash instead. I told team member to fix the system as i dont have cash and they told me that you have to pay cash only as i cant provide u online system. I called the manager as well to deep dive on it and on this the team member started arguing and saying that i told u before that only cash is accepted. This seems not to be a professional environment with customers from a reputed brand of KFC. Even the Air Condition is not working near the ordering desk.

Worst ever KFC  i’ve ever been to…i ordered 2 Mexican pro ginger burger meals and they gave me uncooked raw chicken in my burger…i couldnt even eat it and had to throw it all in the bin after i tasted it…i let the staff know about such a poor food quality in their restaurant and the place literally stank like shit as soon i entered the place…owner must take a look into this and enhance the store’s reputation which i think is really poor as there was not a single customer to eat there in the whole store…worst 700₹ i’ve ever spent for food.

Simply pathetic... I sat in their basement, the false ceiling was coming off, store wasn't busy still they took like 15 min and then also the fries were cold as if they were made before. Even burgers were merely warm. I asked for the feedback log. The attendant Sudhir I believe said they don't keep it offline. No manager on site... went to KFC after a long time and I don't think I will be going to any KFC again.

I visited the KFC in phase 3B2, Mohali. Their service is very poor. I ordered one American Classic Zinger with cheese. I had to wait for 20 minutes for my order in spite of the fact that there was not much crowd at the store. They didn't have lettuce. I was ok with that. I took my order and left. When I opened the box,  I found that the lower bun (base of the burger) was missing. This really disappointed me. This was really a very bad experience with KFC.

I ordered two packs of 15 pieces Wednesday offer (one for me and another for my friend) and picked up from there. When I  opened my  box, I found that there are two big pieces in my box,  one breast and one other big piece in my  box which are not part of this offer. My order no is 44699.
