My phone suddenly started heating and switched off after that I do many trials for power on my phone but nothing happens and I want to recover my data that is very important to me. I came to Mr mobile shop and saw my phone to their phone mechanic Mr Rohit they told me their is a problem in my phone's motherboard I told him you take your time but please repair my phone that is very important for me. He taked 2 days and repaired my mobile very well. I got my data back. very very thanks to Mr Rohit sir. 🙏

WORST CENTRE FOR REPAIR OF PHONES. NO OWNERSHIP OF PEOPLE WORKING THERE. THE REPAIR PERSON ROHIT THERE TOOK MONEY SAYING I HAVE CHANGED THE MOTHERBOARD OF REDMI NOTE 13 PRO BUT THE REPAIR WAS FAULTY , HENCE I ASKED THEM TO REPAIR PHONE PROPERLY AND DEPOSITED THE PHONE AGAIN. THEN HE (MR ROHIT) LEFT THE WORK THERE

NOW THE NEW REPAIR MECHANIC  AT SHOP IS SAYING YOUR MOBILE CAN NOT BE REPAIRED AND NO MOTHERBOARD WAS CHANGED YOUR PHONE IS DEAD PERMANENTLY, ALSO THEY ARE NOT RETURNING THE AMOUNT.

THEY ARE SAYING US TO GO AFTER THE PERSON WHO TOOK YOUR MONEY. OWNER SAYS REPAIR IS A RENTED SHOP IF ANYONE LEFT AFTER TAKING YOUR MONEY OR PHONE I HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY YOU GO TO POLICE TO LODGE COMPLAINT AGAINST MR ROHIT (PERSON WHO LEFT FROM THERE)

One of the best places in Mohali to get your phone repaired. I have gotten my phones fixed 3 times. Always on time as they promised. Prices are competitive. Lots of accessories are available as well. Recommended for mobile repair.

Extremely bad experience. I deposited 1000₹ advance for my 8500₹ phone repair. Next day they call me to inform that the price is not changed to 9600₹. I asked them to not repair it and they said they will refund me my advance. Upon going to the store they refused to refund my advance and now wanted to make repairs at the original price of 8500₹. I had already lost trust in them and this point and I simply asked for a refund as they have promised me. After constant refusals and the store clerk calling me a 'child who doesn't understand anything', I decided to walk out of the store.

Unprofessional and fraudulent. I hope they enjoy the 1000₹ that they so dearly desired.
I would advise anyone reading this to stay clear of this place, as their business etiquettes are untrustworthy.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
I've seen this mobile store many time so I thought whenever I'll buy my next phone I'll buy from here.. But this not like its looking from outside, When I came here and talk and asked about new mobile phones they didn't listen me carefully and talking with each other and start processing for my mobile and at the end they gave me wrong colored phone after putting my SIM card inside it, their staff has no knowledge or manners to handle or how to talk with customer. I will never go here again and recommending same to you guys.

Plz dont buy anything from this shop. Staff is rude and impolite. I came for buying memory card and they damage my sim tray. Now my Sim slot is not working. Owner say ki aapne bahar ja kar kharab kiya hai. Why will i damage my own sim slot in my phone. I have to pay extra at service center now. These people are not helpful at all. I will never buy from mr mobile agaig. Zero stars.

Mr Mobile store (Samsung) located in phase 10 Mohali in basement has the worst service. Initially I wanted to buy my phone by paying cash payment... but I have been guided for EMI.. you can say I was forced to do that for my ease and was told that there will be no intrest in the EMI payments... but now when the payment procedure started they are making several excuses on the name of adding intrest to my payment plus they are blaming everything on the name of banks and making up fake policies in order to earn money. They are guiding me wrong and are very unprofessional in dealing with clients. very very  pathetic service  .So i recommend not to shop from them and think twice going there.... Thanks

They Damanged my screen when installing screenguard. Very unprofessional people and staff. Do not go here. The owner was also not helpful. Every staff member accepted that it was the fault of person installing the screenguard. Please be very careful of this business. They are irresponsible and do not care abput your devices.

Very horrible shop. I went for screen guard installation and they damaged my phone. They use some liquid to apply screenguard. Inhone ne itna zyaada liquid dala ki my phone stopped working and they take no reponsibility. Do not go here. Beware.

Extremely Unprofessional. I saw this mobile repair store and thought it looks like a big professional store. But their staff has no knowledge or manners. I will never go here again. I submitted my phone for repair, but they couldn't repair the phone and damaged it a little bit too. I wish i had read other negative reviews of this business before going in.

genuine great store!! everything is available, and has great service, genuinely must go when buying phones, going for repairing ur phones, or buying any type of accessories etc.

Very good experience  very soft spoken javed attended us explained features of the premium phones in a detailed manner and patiently after which i planned to buy flip phone.

The person Mr. Rohit is really very god is in his work and and has bery good knowledge.  Customer handling is excellent
