​I just came out of the FirstCry store in Changanacherry, and honestly, it was a very bad experience. The staff displayed a highly unprofessional attitude and seemed to lack basic customer service skills. They were not at all welcoming or helpful.
​In particular, one male staff member was extremely rude and displayed a lot of attitude. The overall behavior of the team made the shopping experience very disappointing. I would not recommend this branch based on the poor customer interaction

Just came out of  first cry changanacherry. Honestly a very bad experience. The staff here are very cold and not at all sales oriented. Items are dusty, toy packets are torn off. A very bad experience from such a brand. It would be better if someone good is there to manage the store, because the staff here are not at all welcoming or helpful. And the most pathetic fact was that the store does not have any cover, box, label or packet showing its brand name . They are not even willing to give a tag or label to display their brand name. Customers are made to wonder why they have to choose such a brand for nil value. Very disappointed.

I’ve always found First Cry to have a vast selection of quality children’s products. The staff’s customer service is exceptional, making it my go-to destination whenever I’m looking for variety and reliability for my little ones.

Selling all the worst product in this shop. The store manager is very rude, selling all the bad product and they will not allow the exchange even though the defect was seen on day one of the use.
No one should really visit the store and buy anything.
If you are buying make sure you open the product and see if it working and no defects. I got cheated by the shop by selling defective products.

The staff at your store were incredibly friendly and informative, providing us with one of the best shopping experiences. Their smiling faces and helpful attitude made the experience comfortable and seamless. While the pricing was slightly on the higher side, the exceptional service truly stood out.

"I recently visited first cry on 01/03/2025 and was incredibly uncomfortable due to the extreme heat. The shop was clearly lacking any form of air conditioning, making it nearly impossible to browse comfortably.
The intense heat caused me to experience a significant headache, and I'm sure others felt the same. In this day and age, it's unacceptable for a business to operate without any means of temperature control, especially during warmer months.
I hope first cry considers installing some form of air conditioning or improving ventilation to ensure a more pleasant and comfortable experience for their customers."

We were used to purchase from this store and a recent experience with the staff regarding the exchange and other policies made us rethink. Now, we are choosing other stores. Firstcry as a brand is always the best, but as a franchisee, this store lack of professionalism and customer support. One of the worst, and never recommend.

I visited last day... purchased some items...Rate is little higher compared to other Baby shops..Need some more Hygiene in products.. Product packing are opened and Missing the actual price tags.. example if we purchased a medium product means cover contains Small product Bar code..so totally they need a Authorised service...
