I bought a Haier TV today at Reliance Digital Tambaram and the staff Prashanth and Karthick, were extremely helpful. They patiently explained all the features, clarified every doubt, and guided me through the best options based on my needs. Really appreciate their customer-friendly approach. Highly recommended!

We preferred reliance overall all other options but now we are left with a pathetic situation where our brand new 4K TV just 2 moths old that we bought from them shows a blue screen (picture attached), after several attempts we are still waiting for the store to replace the TV as it is a clear manufacturing defect. Its been more than a week and we still don’t have a resolutions, we regret buying our TV from reliance digital. They spoke sweetly when we were buying a bunch of home appliances including a Fridge and washing machine. They are clearly NOT TRUST WORTHY! POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT! WE REGRET OUR CHOICE OF CHOOSING RELIANCE DIGITAL! We are escalating this to all levels including the trade commissions of India and exploring legal actions.

Update: After several follow ups, the store said they worked with Samsung to get us a new TV, we just received ours after 2.5 weeks. We are happy we got the TV but the overall customer experience MUST improve a LOT!
