Never choose this pg,
Worst food and not properly maintained property.
Stomach will get upset if you have food from here. I had to take pills for 1 week for my stomach to be ok. I just stayed here for 1 month. Had to pay Rs1000 as maintenance fee. I would have happily given 1000 if they would have maintained the property. The property looks like it doesn’t know what maintenance is. Attaching photos for reference.
Caretakers hygiene is commendable especially inside kitchen. Commendable in the sense you won’t feel like having food even though you are hungry , the view itself is enough to fill your stomach and heart.

The chairs at the dinning area was broken.As you can see in the photos.
Had to use toilet without light for a week. Even though we requested to change the light 3 times. Using mobile flashlight inside toilet is fun.!

Very good PG. Friendly management. Located in prime area, near to kandanchavadi bus stop. Walkable to IT parks near by. Metro accessible.  I recommend it.

Much frequent water shortages for minimum of 3 days a week. Don’t choose this PG if you bath daily!!!
Heavy rent! And electricity bill per unit is very high when compared to other PGs in same locality.
They send sweepers once in a week.
Bathroom cleaning? Forget about it.

Not good, washrooms are bad. Congested rooms. For few are combined washroom

Had a pleasant stay. The owner is a very reasonable person and hears to  tenants queries . One of finest pg with best ventilation in kandhanchavadi . Decent food. It was perfect stay. Thank you.

Don’t go this PG by seeing fake reviews. Very worst PG. Rooms are congested, food is not good & hygiene, high rent, water issues and no parking space available.

Had no problem staying there. Place is good. Owner is ok but food could be kept optional. Food was not good most of the days. It was blant.

I ate outside anyway but had to pay anyway with the food involved.

I stayed here over  and i recommend since it is the best. No water problem and No power failure. calm and quite breezy place. Hygienic, good house-keeping. ample parking inside the compound. safety and decent guests. prompt customer care. I miss it now.

Positive:

1. food is in high quality  and providing chicken curry twice a week

2.House Cleaning service is very good

3.If we ask questions for any problem in pg to pg owner ,We will get solutions in good manner.Pg owner is speaking gently

4.Tiffen items have both sambar and chutney.
5.For food and room maintenance, it is value for money compare to all other pgs in chennai.

Negative:

1.Food eating place is small.
2.In rainy time, street is very ugly
3.we cannot communicate with cooking peoples.Because they know only hindi.Their Idly preparation is  not good.It is not tamilnadu style.
4.If I am from Main pg, I will face some water issue.If I am not from main pg, I will face ugly street , dogs problems and facing electricity problem because We have to go to another street for take food in main pg. I stayed nearly 3 months there.I faced 2 or 3 times bad situations in front of eating place at door entrance that is leakage of septic tank wastes over street from drainage. i think this is because of careless approach of hindi speaking guy .He was not immediately taking action whenever there were big issues raised.

So many times told, but no actions or improvements you will see…
Food at least should be eatable but its not.

And only one washing machine for 5 floors

Money minded. They changed room price after paying advance and not returning money if we cancel the booking. rooms also not good.

Its very happy to share my review here, i stayed 9 months in this PG, tasty food, and facilities available here, and main thing, when i get fever, they treated me as a brother, accommodation is also  good.

Nice PG for working professionals and college students. Good Andhra style food. I stayed almost 2 years till 1st lockdown announced.

I stayed in 4-5 pgs and this is the best one among them. Neat and clean. Food is good. Owners are friendly. Nice place to stay.

Hello guys this is one of the best hostels in Chennai.  Very close to IT hubs.  So very easy to approach different offices.  Food quality is excellent..  Awesome cook and hospitality.
