Dosa Factory is a delightful place for all dosa lovers. Their Royal Pav Bhaji Dosa is a must-try for anyone who enjoys continental fusion cuisine. The combination of the classic Indian street food, Pav Bhaji, with the South Indian staple, dosa, is a match made in heaven. The dosa was crispy on the outside and filled with a flavorful and spicy pav bhaji filling. The portion size was generous and I couldn't help but share my experience on my blog.
