I recently visited Sarthak Tiffin Centre and was pleasantly surprised by their gluten-free options. The Plain Thali, specifically, was not only delicious but also completely gluten-free. As someone with dietary restrictions, this was a welcome change and I couldn't help but share my experience on my blog.
