The laptops are superb and  in good condition. They guys who are working in the shop are so friendly. Condition of the laptop are good. Best place to buy a new and demo laptop and also used laptop

I strongly recommend everyone to visit this place , then why 2 start is the technition service is excellent cand compline it but they make the process delay but everything is good

Nice but they not telling the features clearly

I gave my laptop for servicing, they damaged my display. At the time of collecting my laptop they used all the battery, and since battery less than 5% brightness was very low, and due to my lock screen wallpaper,  i couldn't recognize the damage on screen.
Once i got to home i realized , and called they , they kept on denying that they damaged it.

However HP customer services are very bad even in cities ( than in metro cities....)
buying a HP laptop is definitely not worth it if we can get a laptop in ASUS with better specifications...
So i have no stake in this brand's reputation...

I tried reaching out and discussed to you you guys didn't admitted it and argued.
A decent apology can't fix my display now, can it?
May be a third-party service center would have reduced my cost and my display would have been normal.

Scammers!!!I recently purchased a laptop here,first they said the bag and mouse are free but later they added the amount in invoice,and they’re increasing the amount gradually while ur confirming the lap,and those sales guys are very rude,after all of this they pushed us to buy this just because he did the invoice ,i really had a very bad experience

Had a nice experience especially the sales person @Arun explained the specifications of each model clearly and gave the brief explanation on difference between each series.

I needed a battery for my HP.I went on 24.12 and the person was not available.They took my name and number and promised to call back same day or next but till now there is no call.

They have said mouse will be given .but still not came .I buy laptop before 4 months

Very satisfied  with the service  and all the staffs are very responsible  and thank you all for the grate service

Only 1-2 laptop for display that is also not ON. When we are going ON laptop. The old man in the shop said do not ON because of pandemic. Then its a pandemic why you opened the shop also. Rude behaviour.
