My experience at this store was far above the expectations. While i was not able to get the stuff I was looking for, i ended up purchasing dresses for my wife and relatives during Max Mania Sale. They were providing good discounts for most of the dress materials. The staff were helpful and friendly. (July 2025)

so friendly and lovely.  has the most beautiful unique pieces of clothing in store and always knows exactly what looks good and what to suggest if I want something new or have an event coming up.
Ihave loads of things from the shop and am part of the max  and every item is timeless. The coats are my favourite. Bold, beautiful and help to showcase  colourful personality whilst feeling confident and looking amazing. I get so many compliments .

Today I had bad experience in the billing counter.  Poor billing service . Too much waiting time . No proper response from the billing staff for the delay. Very slow performance and chaos amoung the staff members.. I waited more than 15 mins in the counter and ended up not billing.. waste of time. Earlier also i had faced slow performance in the billing counter..

Good place for purchase but billing counter is always busy because of ever counter staff are advised to customers reffer a cashback option it time to delay .
Keep separate place for that rush avoid

Dress collection in low may be function time... Rate for dresses is good reasonable

Budget friendly rich look concept but product are expired when we bought... It get tare in a use.. think before you buy..

All staffs are holding a mobile in hand and sitting as group,merely spent 30mins asking where is the dress for a 1year kid,no one responded. Sheer waste of time. If your staffs are going to continue behaving in this manner,definitely your sales is gonna get affected for sure

I bought a jogger with price Rs 899 and offer price of Rs 499. The quality of the cloth is very poor. I just used single time but threads are coming out. That too before wash. Very very poor. I bought it believing the Max brand but its worth is less than the road side seller's clothes of Rs 99.

Employees in the name of service are standing right in front of my face as If am a thief. Despite telling multiple times, they’re not ready to leave. Coming behind us like a pug dog. Stop invading the private space of customers in the name of service!! We will call for service when we need one!!

The shop timing is not 10 am. They open leisurely at 11:30. And the return processes is worse.

Its disappointing how in the 50% sale going on for Xmas, they had some shoes were the tag read one price and while it's billed it says a different price n they say it cannot be changed as it's system based... The tag price is just to attract us to the product, make us try n we end up billing. So either i got to buy that product or look for something that will suffice the bill amount for exchange.

One of the unavoidable clothing store in brook fields mall. Can have a wide variety of branded shirts and pants. Usually crowded at weekends. Staffs are well behaved. They are charging 7 rupees per paper bag. Points will be added to your max account after every purchase. Exclusive store for men, women and children.

Max will never disappoint me (It will sometimes 😅). Its not overpriced and you wil get good offers during festive seasons. Even if the collections are not in peak trend you will get all good collections there. My all time favourite

The customer service is too bad ,I've been to other places this is the worst kind of way some one can treat their customer.(The way she was asking questions was very disrespectful (that buy something or leave the place ) we could have made issue right there but we just don't want to behave the way like she did . Take this thing as serious one....

Need to improve new collection because you having the old collection with large quantity and huge price... Plz need to improve the new collecton and give unifrom are any thing to the service person. How we can notice the service person..

It's located in prozone mall 1st floor, I had shop many times, this time t-shirt with color neck design s are awesome, price I think little bit high, girls have many collection's, my overall rating good to go shopping here...
