I recently dined at Global Barbeque and was pleasantly surprised by their gluten-free options. The Jeera Rice and Chicken Pallipalayam were both delicious and free of gluten. Global Barbeque's Phulka and Karaikudi Kalan Curry are top notch. The Phulkas were light and fluffy, and the Karaikudi Kalan Curry was packed full of flavor and held up perfectly for the meal. Presentation was excellent, making the meal inviting and appetizing. Highly recommended.
