Budget friendly hotel. The food is really good with good prices.

Very good hotel located near Nisargadhama reserve(only 500mtr).very neat and clean rooms and locality. Ev charging is available. Price is very reasonable. Staffs were very friendly. Huge parking space available. Pure veg restaurant is available in ground floor. There is a river flowing behind this hotel, in the morning you are going to get a wonderful view of this river with fog. There is lot of other restaurant available near by. Wifi available with good speed.

Very basic hotel. Rooms were near and tidy. But lacked minimalistic requirements like kettle. No hot water after 10PM till 6AM which is not so good for families with babies and toddlers.We faced electricity issues for more than 3 hours.
Staffs are not so friendly and respectful. Location wise it's good. Otherwise not recommended.

Had a great stay at Athithi Comforts, Kushalnagar. The service was very good, rooms were clean and well maintained, and the food was tasty. Staff were polite and helpful. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend.

I defiantly  do not recommend for family - specially no to kids and old  people. average rooms- no maintenance- i felt too dusty - night mare in sleeping ( beds - wall screens  fine dust ) . Food i took was below average quality ,   i felt old rice  reheated and  chatni  out of order - recycle and re  heated . not worth to money,  bathrooms are  are ok - managable , hot water only on morning, they have lift  but it was  not working for our stay.

Food was so good. Particularly Akki roti was so tasty. Place was neat and clean. Service was good and fast.

Decent rooms, but not exceptional. Room amenities were okay (4/5), though basic items like dental kits were missing.

- **Treatment of Guests:** Extremely poor. Guests were treated like freeloaders. Staff shouted and argued with guests.
- **Food Quality:**
- Limited options: Idly, dosa, rice bath – all served in restricted quantities.
- **Dosa Masala:** Rotten and still served.
- **Sambar:** Worst I’ve had in Karnataka.
- **Chutney:** 2.5/5
- **Idly:** Hard and barely edible.
- **Coffee:** Watery – better to drink plain milk.
- **Akki Rotti:** Claimed as Coorg special, but a complete spoiler if you've tasted the real one in Bangalore.

I never expected this from a Treebo-affiliated property. If Treebo doesn’t manage the kitchen, they should offer a “no breakfast” option to avoid such unpleasant experiences.

It's on the main road - very close to Nisargadhama.. Room and toilet was clean.. WiFi was coming only near the door and not in rest of the room and inspite of complaining it was not resolved.. there's lot of parking and hot water was available..

No complaints Abt the food but the staffs are very indiscipline and very inproper in serving and attitude too !! If there is crowd pls do t enter they don't even look up to u

I was traveling, and my bus stopped at a particular hotel for lunch. I like roti, but the curry wasn’t good. I paid 100 rupees for three rotis, which seemed quite expensive to me. If anyone knows the usual price for roti, please let me know.

Absolutely terrible experience. This place served some of the worst food I’ve ever had. The quality was appalling — completely unacceptable for the prices they charge. The sambar and chutney were like flavored water, absolutely tasteless and diluted too much. We ordered a ghee roast and they didn’t even bother to add ghee — what a joke. The vada was dry, clearly old, and tasted like it was reheated from the day before. On top of that, the staff were rude, dismissive, and showed zero interest in customer service.
This is a complete rip-off. If you care even slightly about food quality, freshness, or basic decency in service, stay far away from this place. I wouldn’t eat here again even if it was free. They pay commission to drivers to bring tourists to the hotel.

Don’t go there — the food is extremely bad and overpriced. I’ve never had such tasteless food in my entire life.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant.
•	The service was extremely poor, and the staff showed little interest in attending to customers.
•	The food quality was below expectations—bland and not fresh.
•	On top of that, the attitude of the staff was rude and unprofessional, which made the experience even worse.

Overall, I would not recommend this place, as there are far better options nearby where you can expect good food and polite service.

Best service and food, rooms are clean and hygin best service by the reception staff, good food and tasy, we tried masala dosa in the morning it's too yummy.

It  didn't quite meet my expectation
While stopping by this hotel for lunch and dinner during my travels, I was hoping for a more impressive culinary experience. Regrettably, the food taste fell short of my expectations. Perhaps with some refinement in the kitchen, this hotel can unlock its full potential.
