You can't blame it but an Indian Oil petrol pump is complete only when you can refill Extra Premium. An additive which is worth the cost.

A petrol pump is incomplete if you don't have an air station.

Rude behavior of staff and basic procedure to ask the customer to check zero was also not followed.

I asked for the bill after fuel refill and even that could not be provided by the staff.

One guy who was working in the fuel station, once answered in a very bad slang with some vulgar word ,and the fuel quality is very worse . I suggest you guys not visit there.

ಇಂದು ಈ ಪೆಟ್ರೋಲ್ ಬಂಕ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ನನಗೆ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಅನುಭವವಾಯಿತು. ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬರು (ವಿವಾಹಿತ ಮಹಿಳೆ) ನಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಅಸಭ್ಯವಾಗಿ ವರ್ತಿಸಿದರು. ಅವರು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿಲ್ಲ ಅಥವಾ ಸರಿಯಾದ ಪೆಟ್ರೋಲ್ ಪಂಪ್‌ಗೆ ನಮಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡಲಿಲ್ಲ, ಮತ್ತು ಬಂಕ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಲೇಬಲ್ ಕೂಡ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ - ಪೆಟ್ರೋಲ್ ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾದ ಫಲಕವಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ.

ನಾವು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಇದನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿದಾಗ, ಅವರು ತುಂಬಾ ಅಸಭ್ಯವಾಗಿ ವರ್ತಿಸಿದರು. ನಾವು ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿದಾಗ ಅವರು ಫೋನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದರು, ಮತ್ತು ಪೆಟ್ರೋಲ್ ತುಂಬಿಸುವಾಗಲೂ ಅವರು ಯಾವುದೇ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರತೆಯನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸದೆ ಫೋನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಲೇ ಇದ್ದರು.

ಇಂತಹ ಕೆಲಸಗಾರರು ಮಾಲೀಕರ ಮತ್ತು ಪೆಟ್ರೋಲ್ ಬಂಕ್‌ನ ಖ್ಯಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಹಾಳು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಾನು ಕೂರ್ಗ್‌ನವಳು, ಮತ್ತು ನಾನು ನಿಜವಾಗಿಯೂ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ರೀತಿಯ ನಡವಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ರೀತಿಯ ಬೇಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅಗೌರವದ ವರ್ತನೆಗಾಗಿ ಮಾಲೀಕರು ಅವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕಠಿಣ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.

ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆಯಾಗಿ, ಇದು ತುಂಬಾ ನಿರಾಶಾದಾಯಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ವೀಕಾರಾರ್ಹವಲ್ಲದ ಅನುಭವವಾಗಿತ್ತು.

ನನಗೆ ಅವಳ ಹೆಸರು ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ, ಆದರೆ ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ತೋರಿಸಿರುವ ಮಹಿಳೆ ಅವಳು.

I had the worst experience at this petrol bunk today. One of the staff members (a married woman) was extremely rude to us. She didn’t attend to us or guide us to the correct petrol pump, and the bunk wasn’t even properly labelled — the petrol section had no clear signage.
When we mentioned this to her, she behaved very rudely. She was on her phone when we entered, and even while filling petrol she continued talking on the phone, showing no professionalism at all.
Such workers are spoiling the reputation of the owner and the petrol bunk. I’m from Coorg myself, and I truly didn’t expect this kind of behaviour here. The owner should take strict action against her for this kind of irresponsible and disrespectful behaviour.
Overall, it was a very disappointing and unacceptable experience.
