● Gift vouchers are valid over ongoing offers on the website/ App.
● Multiple vouchers can not be clubbled in a single invoice.
● Gift voucher can be redeemed in full as partial redemption is allowed.
● The gift voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of cult.fit and/or cult.sport (as the case may be), which may be amended from time to time at their sole discretion.
● Cult.fit and/or Cult.sport (as the case may be) reserves the right to cancel or suspend the gift voucher program at any time without prior notice.
● No interest will be payable by Pine Labs on any Gift voucher or Gift voucher balance. Pine Labs makes no representation or warranty that Cult.fit will always be accessible without interruption.
● Pine Labs is not responsible if a Gift voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Diverse retails private Limited ("Cult.fit") will have the right to close customer accounts and take payment from alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift voucher is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on Cult.fit online platforms.

IN THE EVENT A GIFT VOUCHER IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT VOUCHER. ● Every holder of Gift voucher shall be required to add the value stored on such Gift voucher into the Cult.fit User Account as a pre-requisite to the redemption of the Gift voucher.The loading of the Gift voucher onto the Cult.fit User Account shall constitute a registration of the User.
● Cult.fit (Diverse retails private limited) shall honour and consider requests for blocking of Gift voucher only from users who have registered in accordance with the terms above.

● The voucher holder may request for the revalidation of the expired Gift voucher. Upon receipt of such request the Gift voucher may be revalidated after due verification and maybe subject to additional terms and conditions.
● Gift voucher are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 hours.

● Vouchers cannot be transferred for value or re-sold or redeemed for cash.
