If you want no nonsense, top notch and affordable service for your AC, then Arati refrigeration is the place to go! Mr Raju is super knowledgeble and honest. We got repairs and wet cleaning for 3 of our ACs done today. He was able to accomodate us at very short notice, did a great job in diagnosing the issue and the quality of service overall was top notch. Mind you, 2 other professionals who had visited before him had not been able to identify the root cause, either because they were not experts or were plain lazy to do a thorough investigation. I am very amusing experience. Excellent service... I called them for my refrigerator problem. They asked me to send some snaps of the PCB board where i am having problems. after seeing my snaps they advice me how to overcome my problem. Based on their advice I did the changes and it really worked. I really appreciated their helping nature. Thank you again for your help 🙏🙏🙏

I live in Mumbai and usually come to Cuttack in short visits . This time in summer I found that all my air-conditioners are not working . The chimney was also not working . Fortunately, through Google search I contacted Arati Refrigeration. I find Mr Raju Sahu is an excellent technician . He is very professional and true to his words. I am very satisfied with their service.

The technician was on time and his supervisor also came alongside him to inspect whether the work was done properly. He was able to sort out all the issues we were having, even the ones that our previous repair man was unable to solve. Their service was transparent and the results were great.

I have used their services thrice now for repair of washing machine and air conditioners. They are excellent at the service. Great customer service and response time as well. Definitely recommended to use their services.
