Name Changed to Matrix IT. The guys really possess technical knowledge to repair your laptop but charge higher than normal rates. Calling them for speed up work might affect the quality of work on your device. Someone from the team changed the display on request but unplugged the CPU cooling fan from the motherboard so that the laptop could be taken to same service center and service charge would be there. Cleaning of motherboard is done via blower and it also affects the screw thread/lock. Most of my screw do not fits because someone during so called service, broke most of my locks. Nowadays these guys charge you Rs.500/- for general service which is higher than market value (Market Value: Rs.350/-). Anyways, always look for alternatives before submitting your device to Matrix IT (make this a last choice) because it'll be your last choice only. Goodluck.

Very good place for buying your all electric stuffs related to pc ,laptop,tanlet,phablet.....they provide compatible charger at a very low price for laptop....i also bought a lappie charger at rulees 350 from here.....it is situated near Badambadi road.... anyone can easily saw it from rush....all type of stuffs for brands like acer,,asus,lenevo,mcl,rdp, Samsung,dell,ibm available here....there are a helpdesk here and air conditiend room ....also they provides advance booking for any part required for your pc and laptop......you can get parts like mother board of companies like Samsung,dell,gugabyte,,also you can buy all your pc parts......for your pc building....i also pirchased the k plus antivirus for my laptop at a very fair price

Very small place u can't sit or wait there ..i was going to replace my keyboard and also done a disk format which they take about 2 hr. And at that time i had to wait in standing position coz 2 chairs were already occupied by costomers.. About  Hardware tampering  i don't know coz they don't give permission to enter to mechanic room. Behaviour was not so good but not bad . They should know how to deal with costomers and their gadgets..and yes when i came to home (jaraka jajpur) i noticed 3 of my keyboard screws were missing . So again i went there .

Repaired 4 laptops in the last 1 year.....I am very satisfied with their service.....you can have peace of mind without worrying about theft of parts

Service Price may be little high From  other but Quick Fair and genuine...
