They are one of the salon in Dehradun who don't want to simply loot the customer, if anything can be done they will tell you directly if not they will tell you directly.
Like the other salons (Next salon) would ask me that they will do the highlights , even if my hairs are grey they will do a base and then highlight and it will stay for 6 months and the price 3500, but Shear Genius/now turned Shear Success, here the staff said, the hairs are white hence u need to do global hair colour after that u can do highlights. If u want it on some day come a week or 15 days before, the truth right at your face and nothing fake.
Plus their haircut charges are very reasonable unlike others who will take some charges for wash and other for haircut, I have not seen such professional behaviour in salons, where they cared more about my hairs, unlike others where they just colour it, now it's your problem how they will look.
They understood in one go what I wanted, it was a complicated haircut like the three sides are very trimmed and right side is asymmetrical, loved the hairs.

I have been here on break journey and I needed a place like the one that I am regular to. So, I got recommended Shear Genius and I navigated to reach it from my hotel. Now, it is really a risk to do anything with hair at any new place but I am so happy that they did what I was exactly looking for and even more for less charge. My haircut was done by Mr. Rakesh. Lovely staff and services are worth the money. Thank you Shear Genius people. :)

Got smoothening done with service given by Mr. Rakesh . Had got it done before but at shear genius I got the best service. The staff is very experienced and polite. Gives ample time to the customers and provides detail regarding all the products. Would recommend it to all.

Got a hair spa and hair cut from Rakesh. Very relaxing and professional service. Have been coming here since 7 years and have never been disappointed. It's like our own family salon now. People ,I would fully recommend it's services..I had an amazing experience since 10 months and I never felt like changing my salon.. massage  you get after hair spa is beyond words though I generally prefer me. Rakesh as he is a senior stylist here and truely understand what my hair actually needs..so just give it a try and they won't fail you..also it is budget friendly

Ramna, Rajesh and Asif did a fabulous job. They are really knowledgeable and will answer your questions about the products being used. Very professional staff with very good etiquettes. My wife and I got our facials, hair treatment and hair cut done. Will highly recommend this place.

coming here is a somethingi really enjoy,  i generally come here for hair spa but other services are equally good. they offer you really good massage therapy also which is highly required for proper blood circulation,amiable staff and great services makes it a perfect place to get a refreshing start for whole month.. and Mr. Rakesh, senior hair stylist he is very nice person and his attitude is something that will give you home like feel and you will love to come here again and again.

The experience out with arbaz bhaijaan was wonderful he made us comfortable and made each and and everything very easy having a bad haircut would have been a trauma for me but he suggested me for the best haircut and the one the most best face tan ever experienced in my life  one of the best haircut ever come across in my life

He spoilt my hair...... I went for a hair cut and spa... And the guy who cut my hair was not very good with his work.. He butchered my hair.... It looks so bad now.... Also he straightened my already straight hair.. Which spoilt the hair and made it weaker.. I lost so much of hair... All the bounce has gone.
Will never go back here.

Each time I go there , I get excellent  services at the Subhash Road branch of Shear Genius . I would especially like to mention the name of Archana here who does the works so well , she is just amazing at her work .

Everything done very smartly and gentely very good and proper haircuts provided to the customers, very neat and good to be at place ...rakesh bhaia the best worker according to me at this place ...have not tried any other yet😛 Makeup done is very natural when observed everything is best prices are reasonable and high quality product used❤️Must try🙏🏻

Hey All, the saloon has great genuine experienced people, recently for my sister's marraige the person "Deepika Thakur" who groomed her was exceptionally good.. Attended her nicely.. Mark my words she's that good.. So people go do a hairdo facial and enjoy your time there.
