Everything was fine I guess.

Staff were nice place was good. However there are some scope of improvement in bathroom water tap.

Apart from that place is providing decent facilities at a reasonable prices (1100/ day for 2 adults).

Need to improve the room ambience and the overall service. My experience with room is not good. Nothing works in the first go...need to ask the mgmt for every facility (A/C, Geyser,cleaning etc) Charged extra money for d 3rd person's Bed as well.

Had booked 2 rooms in this hotel where had to face below multiple problems
1. cockroaches in the room crawling from anywhere
2. TV does not works
3. Geyser does not works in some rooms
4. Power break down at least 4 times a day
5. The rooms where geyser works u need have ask hotel staff to turn it on for which they switch off ACs,
in short u can use either Geyser or AC one at a time
6. 60% of the time elevator doesn't works so one has to climb 4 floors
7. Staff service time is very very late, u have to chase them atleast 3 times to get things done
8. Ambience of the room feels like u have come I a bar, where most of the room doesn't has access to sunlight

overall very bad experience for 3 day for 2 room stay at 12000 price

worst experience ever. they only have like one hallway. all the rooms are right beside the reception. so, no privacy. talking about the room, no pillowcase stale bedsheet. broken window. didn't even provide a blanket or towel. forget water or Handwash. service is even worse. had to wait almost an hour to even get to the room.

Most Shabby hotel I have seen in my life..Surprisingly OYO has rated it 3 Star..Shocking. You can find Cockroaches in the room everywhere. Toilets are filthy. No proper hot water in the geyser..no drinking water bottle available. Moreover it's on the fourth floor of a shopping center where there is no proper provision for transporting luggage from the main road. One lift is not working and second lift is closed after shopping hours at night. How to carry the luggage upstairs. Watchman are non-cooperative and there is only one attendant upstairs. Manager is absent. DISGUSTING. Pls do not ever visit this so called 3 star rated hotel. It is even below average budget hotel..Harrowing time for me and my son staying overnight here.

Rooms were clean, bed was also clean, AC worked well, Tv was also worked properly. The only issue I had faced is that toilet seems little bit dirty,and speed of water flow inside the taps in toilet was very slow. It takes 5 minut to fill a bucket. Apart from this everything was fine.
