The blanket is too worst and not cleaned as per photos they r used and not cleaned at least from last so many days but still the manager says it's cleaned and washing machine is unable to get it cleaned. Bathroom is also covered with spitts.

It was a very nice hotel, located in the middle of the market and there are many good restaurants and shopping centres nearby so no need to roam here and there, it's a good hotel for couples with great security and less objectifying by other's , overall nice place to stay with family, friends or couples.

rooms doesn't even look like the rooms in the pictures posted here. Stayed here just because I didn’t have any other option at that time. Bathroom was very dirty. Tv wasn’t working. The AC barely worked. The receptionist working there doesn’t even care. He seems to be little rude.

Worst experience ever! There was option of zero star so giving one star to this place.   Rooms, bed, sheets, pillows front deck operator, everything was more than worst , bathrooms were so filthy, even my dogs can’t stay at such place.  What they are showing in picture and what is in reality has no connection.  I don’t think they have cleaner for basic cleaning too.  Not even drinking water was available.  Rooms were on 2nd floor and there was no one to assist with luggage, plus there was no elevator.  Even for free it was worst , we had to move to another place in middle of the night.

When I arrived at the hotel, I found that it was closed. After contacting the mobile number provided, I was instructed to go directly to the reception to collect the key and proceed to my room. However, upon reaching the reception, no one was present. I called the contact again, this time inquiring about food options, only to be informed that I would have to manage on my own as the hotel did not provide any facilities. I collected the key and proceeded to my room, where I discovered that there was no water available and there was a unpleasant odor in the room. Later that night, someone rang the doorbell, requesting registration, which I obliged.

The next morning, I checked the water supply and thankfully found that water was available. I then approached the reception to request hot water for a bath, but was simply advised to turn on the water cock, although this did not result in hot water. To ventilate the bathroom, I opened the window and was dismayed to find wrappers, bottles, condoms, and other litter strewn about. Furthermore, the bathroom was not cleaned properly.

Despite the unsatisfactory conditions, I had no alternative accommodation options at that late hour, necessitating my stay at the hotel.

I recently visited this property, and it was a terrible experience. The staff was extremely unprofessional, especially in their behavior towards women. He made an appropriate comments to us .The hotel lacked basic safety measures and was incredibly unhygienic. The rooms were in poor condition, with no regard for cleanliness or comfort. I would not recommend staying here.

It was just a place where local couples (local people boys and college girls) were seen to spend time privately in the room.

I would never recommend this hotel as the picture were not actual. The rooms were very unhigenic, specially the washroom, bedshits and pellow cover. And the staff behaviour was very rude as they were drunk.

Worst hospitality.. booked two rooms here... One of the rooms, the person offered us having no bedsheet on mattress. On being asked for the bedsheet he was reluctant to provide bedsheet. After insisting for long he just place a bedsheet on bed, not bothered to set it on mattress.
When asked for 2 litre water bottle he asked me to pay 40rs. MRP of the bottle was 30 rs. When countered him about the same he said " 40 ki hi milegi, leni he to lo".

the room is on third floor and there is no elevator. room does not hae basic amenities like cupboard. i wanted to extend the stay by 1 day and when i called oyo, it was available but the hotel administration knowing this had immediately blocked all the rooms and demanded to do the offline booking at 1200/- where online booking was only for 850/- i would never recommend any oyo hotel atleast in dhule.

very pathetic in terms of services and amenities and above that oyo is below standards. they promised 50% refund after checkout as we faced severe amenities issue during stay but no refund. moreover customer care executives put call on hold and let me wait for 15-20 mins saying that we are checking plz wait and then call disconnects. 5-6 times this happening with me daily when i call yo get solution to my problem. never book room via oyo
