Overall KFC's hasn't disappointed me much just the fact that the furniture were getting quite old so I'd suggest proper hygiene care if possible to a more prestine level

I have order classic chicken burger which is in offer of buy 2 get 1 free.....But what they did they have send only 2 piece of burger very much disappointed we were 3 of us thats why i order this offer wala but they scam us......very much service nect time i will never order from this location...its better to order from supermarket or city tower...

The quality of the chicken and burgers are hit or miss. Sometimes it tastes good but other days it is too salty, stale or not cooked properly. Need to improve a lot on the quality and consistency of the food items.

Don't even dare to buy/eat KFC chicken from this location. I will kill myself before I eat their KFC again. I normally don't eat KFC but I tried it today. Hate to say it but after eating the chicken here today both me and my colleague have been feeling queasy. A little nauseous. We have order some of the menu around ₹700 worth but the worker order for us through the pre-order booth but they say the system is down..  so we cannot proceed the order but the payment was done..and we were told to order again and that our first payment will be refund during 7 days... but after the 7 days and multiple phone call to the worker... we still haven't got the refund and being delayed again....

First of all, food was average (that night), but I'm searching HALF-STAR⭐ option for services and atmosphere. We were made to wait for almost hour for small quantity of order. Stinking and unhygienic washroom condition was pathetic. Both manager and maintenance staffs should keep updating their duty.

Came to buy a zinger burger, was told they don't have any burgers. Asked, what they have and was told they have wraps. Tried to order a chicken wrap menu, but they didn't have pepsi. So ordered a simple chicken wrap. Communication was difficult as the lady spoke too softly. Next they didn't have change. When I got my order it eas not a KFC style wrap, but the chicken was wrapped in a puri - that Indian oily bread. And that puri was cold... Worst experience of visiting a KFC.

Worst KFC experience I have experienced so far, the ordered chickens were re-cooked again, maybe it was yesterday's chickens, coz the chicken was very oily and darker in colour, with an awful smell.
This happened for the Third time, so I complained to the management and the workers called back and apologised saying they used Old oil to fry the chicken, I wonder whether that is an excuse or his justification.
The best verdict is to stop ordering chickens from this outlet.
FYI, if you want skinless chicken visit this KFC.

It looks great from outside but inside its not hygienic moreover  there was no water in the washroom and it stink i nearly vomited(extremelyunhygienic).
Not only that but the service is too slow. They forgot to deliver my order and i  had to wait for so long amd remind them about my order or else the food was great👍

Today I had a really bad experience
After i placed my order the girl who was taking the order she said she’ll call my token number and she didn’t give the receipt (which I thought it was not a problem)
While my number was called out since I don’t have the receipt I didn’t knew it was my order and after sometime she told me it was my order so I came and the other girl she gave me my receipt but the earlier girl she took it and told me she’ll keep it with her 🤷🏻‍♀️
And my half order was not given so I told her I didn’t get my roll and she told me oh I forgot to add it and while she had already cut the money for the roll as well but she told me to pay for roll again (which she was scamming me)
Please be honest with what you are doing 🙏🏻Just because one person don’t let the whole team go down …,
Btw after I ate I came and ask for receipt she told me she misplaced it and told me she can’t find now
So it’s my first time experiencing this which is really not good at all

There is some difference in the taste and the texture of chicken in Supermarket KFC, Chumukedima KFC and Daroga pathar KFC... Same brand but CHumu and Supermarket KFC is better in terms of taste and texture. Personally, I will suggest to go and eat from other KFC outlet rather than this one.
