I have purchased my computer from IT Bazar for ₹ 45000. In one year, I took my computer to  Repair for a noisy fan issue. Instead of fixing it, they disconnected the cabinet cooling fan wire, claiming the CPU fan alone was sufficient. This was in opposition to their previous suggestion that they add another fan. The inconsistent advice and failure to address the root problem left me unsatisfied.

I caution others to be wary of  It Bazar Repair's services thus I recommend others to be careful when using their services.

Best shop for Computer 🖥 Hardware and its related services. It also has a branch in City Center near DC cinema hall.

Never go to this place to buy anything the employees and the owner are just frauds .. in 2022 i went to this establishment to buy an laptop as I didn't had much idea about laptops i asked one salesman to suggest me one .. i wanted an laptop that can run word, Excel, etc. For college so the showed me only one option and before I can say anything or ask anything the opened the box, when I said you didn't show me any other options they replied but the seal is opened and this is the best option for u ... So I bought it and only 1 month later the laptop stopped working.... The service centre said why did u buy this laptop its good for nothing.... There are many better option in  HP in the price range... So the gave me a model that didn't sell well... I bought an Lenovo with the same price and it works amazingly...

Worst service very worst. I'll never go second time. I purchased a laptop recently. But in my laptop they did no troubleshooting. Had to do everything by myself they somehow gave the laptop still now I am facing issue. Reliance digital is far better than this. I have recommend many friends not to visit IT bazaar instead they visited reliance digital and got best service. Regretting my decision to visit this worst store. Will never go NEVER.

Without even letting me know they bypassed my graphics  and they did it as they have hired bunch of technician who got zero knowledge
And then asking me to pay 2000 for a single i/o ic  they didn’t have any idea that i am computer engg so then they thought we can’t make me moron
And drop the service fee by 1000

Worst service ever....they have technicians with zero knowledge....they deleted all my files from my laptop,even when I said them to keep a backup,they promised to keep backup but did nothing.When i complained,they completed neglected and started blaming me .....for this I paid 2500!!! Everything is a loss

Worst shop. Fraud shop. I bought a laptop and a computer and immediately in three months both of them got damaged even after spending a lot of money again also again it got damaged. Completely fraud shop, loots customers. If zero rating was possible, I would have given. Shame

It's disheartening to see a business neglect the basic principles of customer service, as their behavior only serves to alienate potential customers.

In conclusion, based on my personal encounter and the concerning rumors circulating in the market, I would strongly advise against choosing IT BAZAAR for any of your system component needs. There are undoubtedly more reputable and customer-friendly options available that prioritize both the quality of service and the treatment of their customers.

Huge variety of options and products are available with a very friendly staff. They even provide servicing and also have all parts required to build a personalized desktop from scratch. One of the best things is that they provide almost the best price in the market (most of the time the price at which the product is available online). Definitely worth a check.

It looks like the shop is filled with components and accessoires, S any one can go and expect to buy or get the exact thing they are required to.. In this shop you will not get any normal accessories or even there are some comon cooling pads(for laptop) even 3-5 stocks are there. In a price tag of 1k you will get nothing even if you get , you will get anlocal brand accesory. Idk why< ?, but it seems a total waste shop. They have introduced themselves by posting so many ads of accessories, particularly in accesoires once i visit the shop . I asked for some basic laptop accesoires for begineers like laptop stand, laptop pouch, holders,
microfiber cloth, laptop cleaning kits, nothing...!!!! They only have some basic hp mouse and keyboard cost 1400+ for no sense.. Really?? Used to ask for headsets , easy to easy 550rs headset from hp brand , they are selling this thing at a price of 850-900rs.. For what??
So my request for begineers to not go there,... I dont know for proffesionals cause money can buy anything we know bt why would we spend 100rs extra if i am getting that for 10..
And more oftenly a laptop accesories shop has so many stocks of 35k lenovo old school days laptop.. Its better to advertise there laptops and potato components.. A total waste of time and expectations from this stores nowadays..

I bought a laptop from here which they told me it's very good.  But in the very first day it hanged,  the computer was on,  but totally black.  When I went to them they just told to remove the Battery if this again happens.  Till now I have to replace the mother board,  format it 4-5 times . It's not good at all. And even they did not give me any discount or any other items like pen drive,  etc.  at the time of buying the laptop.

Worst service center i hv ever seen in my life, they should hire new people and they don't respect the customers, my father had to wait for 2 hours just to receive the laptop that too the work was not done.... They told that I should have called and come but the day before they told to come the next day.. What an Irony!!!
Earlier their service was very good now all they do is looting innocent people.The service guy doesn't want to repair anything he just changes the parts to light your pockets.

I purchased a laptop from there hp pavilion series.
on that laptop Lifetime MS office is free, but they didn’t provide the MS office original.they took my original MS office  and put a fake MS office there they cheated me and lots of customers are getting this kind of cheat whenever you try to call them they will say come to office we don’t have that much time to talk over phone. They are doing fraud i f IT bazar have guts then call me or reply over my review

Received warm cooperation to help me select which laptop to buy according to the specifications I needed. But I would have appreciated more if they could provide me some more information on their own about other laptops with latest features (as the 2-in-1 convertible laptops) more or less around the price segment I mentioned.

Totally satisfied. Purchased Lenovo Ryzen 3 laptop. The sales and service is excellent. Got a good deal on exchange of my old dell laptop. Gave a bag and Zebronics Multimedia with Mic headphones as a free gift ( I already had a bluetooth mouse). Purchased a router too. Updated antivirus at a good price. Just avoid the weekends as there's too much rush. Even the owner and the whole staff is fully co-operative.

Products are good . The only reason I gave 2 star is that they only show products in good way to girls. I went there they just showed me in a hurry as if I am not paying them, they don't properly show all the specifications of the products. And it's not first time I have experienced this . Bad staff 😑

Very rude behavioural staff.. I spoke to Aloke an employee of IT Bazar they didn't have any manner to talk with their customers.
In this Pandemic situation they want us to visit their store just to confirm their stock. Otherwise he clearly mentioned extra 4000rs will be charged if anyone asks about their over phone..
