I am extremely disappointed with the service provided at Samsung Customer Service Centre, Menaka, Kochi.
I visited twice regarding a network issue in my Samsung A16 phone. During the first visit, the staff advised me to change my SIM card and issue a duplicate SIM without conducting any proper technical diagnosis. I followed the instructions, but the issue remained unresolved.

On my second visit, I was informed that only phones purchased from their outlet are serviced there. This statement appears to contradict Samsung’s standard service policies. Only after I insisted did they agree to accept the phone, asking me to leave it for 3–4 days.

This experience reflects poor customer handling, lack of proper diagnosis, and inconsistent information. I request Samsung to look into this matter and ensure customers receive fair and professional service regardless of the place of purchase.

I had bought Samsung galaxy S23 ultra mobile phone from My G, Edapally on17-02-2023. After updating the software, as it was  send to my phone from Samsung, I downloaded the updation and there appeared one pink line on the screen in March, 2024 after the updation. The lines increased and many pink lines and green lines appeared within a period of one month.  When approached the service centre they advised to change the screen which cost 19,000 rupees.
What is the use of purchasing costly phones which requires change of screen within a period of 2 years?
Many of my friends has got the same problem after the software updating.
The company should change the screen free of cost as they advertised that the software updating is free for 5 years for their flagship phones.
This is very bad. I had paid more than 1,30,000 rupees for this phone.
I am attaching the bill for reference.
Be cautious while purchasing costly Samsung galaxy phones.
Very bad quality. Even the back cover of the phone came detached from the phone. Samsung claims that the phone is water resistant!

The guy who work there said to me that,we can do the repairing within two days.i have explained everything to them and they said that today I have to wait more time also said it is better to come next day morning and I came again next day morning and the staff said it is not possible to repair here because the mobile phone from another country.last day I have explain
everything to the staff.Samsung is worldwide brand and the people are saying that it is not possible to repair.Actually I got the problem in my mobile after the software updation it came two line in mobile display .the people who sit in the customer service doesn’t know the procedure adm problem and they should learn about the company polices.they are wasting the time also .

An average experience from the service centre, i came here for changing display after updating green lines came. They asked me to pay 6800+. The phone doesn't even have any single scratch. After updating my phone started green lines appearing on display. It's very sad to experience from samsung 😢

Fake information very bad castmour service they said the service center is open on Sunday but when I went there it was not open

Best service center if you are looking to replace the screen guard on your flip or fold. They did an exceptional job.  Really appreciate the technician who did it. I inquired at almost all other service centers, and none were confident enough to say they would do it perfectly.

It was a great experience at the store , staff are very friendly and supportive.

They do the phone service also quite well.

No support from the staff, they are not willing to accept any service, without checking the phone they give an excuse of delay in service. They are even forcing us to give the phone to other service center.

Pathetic and worst service from this shop. I changed my S22 ultra display on December 2024 and today when my phone was not turning on I visited this service centre. A good for nothing lady was sitting at the front desk who had no courtesy to ask a  customer what is the issue. I comveyed my complaint to another person near to her and he went inside with my phone and came back within 30 seconds and told me that it may be due to board complaint and it will cost Rs. 40000 for replacement. Without even checking my phone he came to the conclusion. I don't know if these people are really hired by Samsung. Such a pathetic shop and employees.

Update: I went to a nearby local mobile shop and they repired my phone for Rs. 6000 and it is working fine now. Boycott Samsung.

The Samsung Mobile Service Centre at Bay Pride Tower, Ernakulam, provides very poor service. There are not enough staff members, and customers are not being attended to properly. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience

Artificial intelligence @ the peak. This service centre has systems and staff shutdown @ 7:29:29pm sharp. If you already have an appointment, well and good they'll explain the possible delays to exclude that appointment. Thanks for reminding that nostalgic Village office experience. This ppl are the best to explain why you shouldn't take these brands or approach these peoples.

Service was really wonderful fast effecient
Staff was really good and my s22 ultra got quickly repaired and they have done a wonderful job.

I took my Samsung S23 to this service centre as it had developed a green line on the screen. When I mentioned the problem to them, they replied that they only have sales and the service centre is at another location. Then why the name authorised service centre?

Got good service. They even notified when the part arrived, which the other service centers never did

Got my Flip6 s screen Gard changed in a reasonable time.

I am pretty impressed with their work and customer service andvery supportive nature  , especially the service man name eldhose george he solved all my problems and he give some valuable advice for keeping my phone secure from technical problems…. Iam personally very much happy … 100% recommending for others who facing any time of problems for your Samsung device and also if you want to buy any of Samsung products you came visit this exclusive cafe at marine drive ❤️

I'm giving 1 star because I call them to check for a particular service availability for the phone and they said it requires 3hrs for the work completion.
They return back the phone at the promised time but they said to me something unfortunate happened during the service and small cable like component for the 5g got damaged while servicing since they don't have spare available at the time. They ask me to visit next working day to solve that issue since it was a Saturday night.
I had to go on Monday to resolve the issue of their negligence.

what if it was a major issue with motherboard or data who's is going to be responsible?
How samsung can compensate for the time & valuable data of the customers?
