Good staff. But no new collections and the price is very high. Recommend for only those who have more money

For men's tees are good in quality and tracks
But I think lots of dress for women's (cloth quality is very thin )
But design is super

Fitting is perfect.. but kurthi materials didn't have life ..my dress fabric was so fragile.. and price is also not less..

Very worst experience from the max 😕 I have ordered white Tshirt in max online but the product is not satisfied 😑.  The white Tshirt having full of brown stains. I have reported that issue but they are not replacing the product. Please avoid max online purchase

All materials are well displayed.. especially girls dresses are in various designs and colours.price is nominal

We went for purchase on Jan 16th and bought few kids dresses and ladies pyjamas sets. There were 4 system with bill counters with only 1 operational and the lady there billed the pyjamas twice with shirt once and pant another time costing double the rate. If we didn't notice it properly we would have paid more. Irresponsible persons in billing counter.

I haven’t received most of the things purchased and the number also switch off

However, the store could improve in the restocking department. On my visit, some popular sizes were not available, causing a bit of inconvenience. While not a significant issue, it's something that could enhance the shopping experience further.

Need friendly sales person to give ideas about cloths.

Billing part and discount part need a lot of transparency and understanding about discounts you are offering.

Women's collections are very worst and not properly arranged.

Men's and kids collections are really good.

Arrange dresses either by price or size don't mingle both.

Doesn't have much collections like the stores in Salem, Coimbatore or chennai. If you know your size with Max products I would recommend ordering online, Pro tip :- you get cash offers in app, in offline stores they sell it in MRP.

Let me start from Parking. Parking area is totally dark. No lift to the parking. Need to walk from outside and go down. The Billing counter is in 1st floor. I don't  see any  neccesity for that. Just making everyone to assemble and see the kids section. For ladies who purchase in ground floor also needs to go to 1st floor for billing. For ladies Collections are good. Display of items are clumsy. For gents collections are average. Kids section collections are average.

I love Max. I'm a regular buyer of max clothing. I buy my dress for Diwali Pongal Birthday and all special occasions here. The quality of fabric is too good and pricings are reasonable. If you ask me to suggest a dress store in erode for both men and women I would blindly recommend max. And trust me it is 1000 times better than trends.
