This is the most pathetic hotel I have ever seen. They charged around ₹2000 for a room that had no ventilation at all—not a single window. There was a very strange smell in the room. The doormats looked like they hadn’t been washed for years. If you step out of the bathroom and wipe your feet on the mat, your feet actually get dirtier instead of clean.

At the reception, there were two female staff members—one older and one younger. I don’t know their names, but the younger one was extremely arrogant and behaved very oversmart. Instead of speaking politely, she talks loudly and unprofessionally. When a customer asks a genuine question, she avoids answering it, but keeps chatting loudly about unnecessary things. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. I strongly suggest that the management seriously reconsider this staff member.

Coming to the restaurant: I went for breakfast in the morning and ordered a dish. After waiting for 20 minutes, the staff came and said that the dish was not available. I then asked for another item, only to find that most dishes on the breakfast menu were unavailable—except for 2–3 items. If almost nothing from the breakfast menu is available during breakfast hours, then what is the point of having a breakfast menu at all?

Overall, it was a very poor and disappointing experience for me. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Also, if you come across any 5-star ratings for this place, they are mostly taken by the staff themselves. Genuinely, I don’t believe any customer would give a 5-star rating based on the actual experience.

Pathetic stay experience. We stayed there for a wedding and this was an absolute horrible experience. First the rooms were not clean and stinking with stinking bedsheets and pillows. Rooms have no ventilation, non functioning bathroom doors. Non functioning sockets. They sent a room service after 6 hours. Staff is super rude , specifically a lady at the reception. They don’t how to talk to guests. Nobody would stay twice here. Their services are not even 1 star but prices are at par with 5 star.

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. There was no proper management, the food quality was poor, and the service was equally unsatisfactory. They strictly require all bookings to be made through their own event management team, which is inconvenient and not customer-friendly.

We celebrated my son’s birthday here, and unfortunately, one of our guests found a rolled-up piece of cloth in their Manchurian dish. Later, the staff claimed it was the cover used for paneer — which is extremely unprofessional and unhygienic. Such negligence could easily lead to serious health issues. When we raised a complaint, the manager immediately threw the cloth into the dustbin instead of examining the issue seriously. Even worse, instead of apologizing, the staff started arguing with us.

It was truly disappointing because when you pay a good amount, you expect good service, hygienic food, and proper management — none of which were provided here. They were serving water in glasses, while we were expecting bottled water. When we asked about it, they said bottled water wasn’t included in our booking and couldn’t be arranged at that moment. If that was the case, they should have informed us beforehand during the booking process; we would have gladly paid extra for it.

Overall, this place is not worth the money or effort. If you’re planning a celebration here, be prepared for poor management, disappointing service, and a spoiled party experience.

Location is good, Food is Ok, you will be served Cold Drinks onlyhen you ask for it else water will be shown on table.

Rat infested. Filthy hotel. The staff is so rude and arrogant. Reception lady scolds you for asking queries. She is the worst. Get ready to be embarrassed in front of your friends if come accross her.

Stay in cheap 1 star motel would be better than this.

Washrooms are dirty and smelly. No ventilation in room, ACs are older than your grandpa. All the fittings in washroom rusted and leaks. Dirty buckets, smelly sheets. Adding phtos for proof.this is the condition of all the rooms.

Pathetic behaviour by the staff and the management. Will not recommend anyone to stay or for any function. Banquet hall had absolutely shabby appearance with low quality decor and furniture. Advice for anyone who is planning anything here to go to some other place and do it.

My stay at Raj Mandir Hotel, Haridwar was extremely disappointing. The manager and receptionist were very rude and unhelpful throughout. Despite multiple complaints, no solution was provided for the ongoing problems.
There was a constant foul smell coming from the washroom, and the hot water never worked properly – they seem to control it from the reception, making it very inconvenient for guests. When I raised these issues several times, the staff behaved arrogantly instead of trying to help.
To make things worse, they still insisted on charging the full amount even though the stay was so uncomfortable.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant or hassle-free stay in Haridwar. There are much better options nearby with polite staff and proper facilities.

Guys just remove your receptionist and half of your problem will be solved . Room was not clean . Dustbin was so dirty and service was not proper. Receptionist was rude as hell

No doubt, the food was really good, but the way in which the manager and the staff at the restaurant/hotel was interacting with us was not at all acceptable.  We had made the payment through a third-party app, and since they had never use that third-party app they should have ideally asked us to politely. Wait to check if they have received the payment or not. Instead, they were bullying and were very rude and were like that we will not allow you to leave till the time we confirm that the payment has been received or not, and the delay in the confirmation was because their internet was not working, so it was a very depressing and bad experience in this restaurant
