The shoes were delivered late evening on 18th October 2025. size doesn't fit, sent an email on 21st October 2025 to exchange the same. Till 25th October 2025, there is no response.

Offlimit appears to be another Indian company that is interested in selling products, but they seem unconcerned about after-sales support. No one answers calls on the customer support number, nor do they respond to any emails.

Terrible Experience – Fake Product & Fraudulent Service
I ordered a pair of shoes from this website and received a completely different product. Not only was it the wrong item, but the quality was extremely poor and nowhere near what was shown in the pictures. It feels like a cheap knockoff.

This brand is clearly a scam – they don’t respond to complaints, and there’s no proper return or refund support. Please don’t waste your money here. This is a fraudulent site, and I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this brand.

I am a defence personnel. I need a white shoes of size 13 for official purpose. I bought your vortex variant. In only 2 days use my foot got swelled. Your shoes doesn’t have any cushioning at all. I paid a high price thinking of good quality. Now I can’t use it nor can I return it.

This company is fraud...I ordered my shoes on 20 may 2024...payment done by card...but yet not received my product or not any refund by company...even they not respond on mail or on call...this type of service not expectable...I am very disappointed
